The strenghts of Leclerc and Leopard 2 are absurdly mixed here.
Unless I’m missing something you have the strong Leopard hull combined with a weak Leclerc turret while the Leclerc turret does better on it’s original more mobile chassis.
It was mostly done to see how well each companies technology could be integrated into one vehicle with ther other companies technolgy.

For the migs i have no clue why but they do have a slightly different model
There has been many cases where other nations got stuff welll better then everyone else and had to wait many updates to get some on the same level
