F-117 Stealth is alot better now, most stuff is only detecting it in the front 180 arc at like 3-6km depending on the radar.
You can sit up in orbit and drop bombs from safety.

That is if SPAA player actively looking above themselves, but lets be honest - most being glued to their radar (if they even have one)
If you are that high in ground battles, chances are you’d be way above the search radar vertical scan height anyways

tbf im taking about the radar lol, i was unable to get a forced ACM lock with the tunguska till about 5km, so possibly the play is to lob JDAM, hope they don’t move and fly away before radar ever sees you
