It was an SPAA that was easy to add, just like the Coelian. Shouldn’t be too hard to give it to everyone in some way.
As far as I know, Osa was mass produced vehicle which was used by numerous nations unlike Coelian which had only mock-up turret
The Radkampfwagen was never tested with its turret mounted on the Chassis, I even heard the turret could not traverse. Yet it is in the Tech Tree still, hmmm 🤨🤔🤔

F-117 Stealth is alot better now, most stuff is only detecting it in the front 180 arc at like 3-6km depending on the radar.
You can sit up in orbit and drop bombs from safety.
