The E airframe is about 3~ Tons heavier if my memory Serves me right
They are Significant, VERY Significant.
The F100-PW-220 Engines Produce a Afterburning Thrust of 8401.2 kgf each, Giving a total Power Output of 16802.4 kgf.
The F100-PW-229’s on the other hand, Produce a whopping 10522.4 kgf of afterburning thrust Each , with both engines providing a combined 21044.8 kgf of afterburning thrust.
That is a Flat out 25.25% Increase in Total Afturburning thrust. That is a MASSIVE difference.
If you get to fly the F-15I Ram at any point, go try it out, im sure you’ll instantly feel the massive difference that 25% makes, especially when accelerating past 1.5 mach
also the number shown on the xray is not the flat number as it will change depending on altitude and other factors i belive there are ways to show the number but i have no idea how to do it
AV-8B (DA) from USMC might be researchable vehicle in rank 7 after A-7 Corsair II group but battle rating for air & ground mode lower A-10C and AV-8B Night Attack. my guess
None target designator pod, 4th gen IR AAM and GPS guided munitions
Emile Bertin 's catapult floatplane has been changed from GL-832 HY to Loire 130C. Primauguet is now the only ship which has GL-832 as scoutplane.
The 57mm gun on the Ki-102 now has a Practice Tracer belt, 27mm penetration at 10 metres.
Chinese and German AHEAD -type rounds no have double the shrapnel count, and the scatter cone has been reduced from 20 degrees to 12 degrees. Airburst fuze can now be toggled.
The majority of Shrapnel, HE-TF, and HE-VT shells between 40mm and 155mm calibre now have togglable airburst fuzes.
AMX 40 and Vextra 105 have moved from Rank 6 to Rank 7, Leclerc S.1 and Leclerc S.2 have moved from Rank 7 to Rank 8.
Some tanks w/ unguided rockets as additional weapon, ex. Calliope and Magach Hydra, can now build reload boxes on the battlefield.
I made a mistake yesterday, the unused text for AV-8B+ Day Attack engine came from it being replaced from use on the currently ingame AV-8B+ Night Attack, which now has it 's correct engine text displayed ingame.
Hey @Smin1080p_WT
I have a question regarding the new WIP profile, specifically the “nukes droped” section. Will this only include new nukes after this feature is added or will it also include nukes droped before the feature was added?
Hey. Right now this feature is not complete, so details on it are not ready to be fully shared yet. We will have some more info when its in a more finished state.
Not sure if anyone mentioned this long before in the thread but maybe the F15E (and other NATO top tier fighters) should get the aim120c (early) to be more competitive in ARB (su-34/27sm should get R77-1) also ground strike focused jets have usually come into WT with more modern A2A armaments to compensate for their worse performance and mission in ARB anyway. The F15I PW-229’s are a huge upgrade over the 220’s (as has been mentioned in this thread) and the aim120b is barely different than the aim120a irl (not on the dev server F15E but mentioned in the devblog) - I believe they are the exact same in the game right now anyway (maybe aim120b has slightly greater offboresight but I can’t test it). Aim120c (early block) should have much longer range but slightly worse maneuverability due to smaller control surfaces than the aim120a/b. The difference in performance between the F15I will be huge over really any other aircraft in the game while also having guided A2G munitions - the plane is a rocket ship. The best thing would be not to add the F15I yet at all until other nations had (more) top tier jets (or more modern A2A ordinance to compensate) but here we are.
might be but the name suggests laser guided, which we already have. i havent seen the 1500LG before. from what i can find it might be similar to the paveway IV in the sense it combines gnss with laser though thats just a quick and dirty google search, dont take my word for it
