For me it is just boring as all things tend to be similar.

I agree and find the lack of immersion doesn’t help.The game feels like a sports game rather than a war game.I find getting hit by CAS from miles out is no fun either

I like mid to late WW2 aircraft so 4.0-6.0 is my favourite BR range. Coincidentally, it’s also BR range Gaijin loves to destroy with poorly thought out decisions, like Pay2Winner’s Yak-3 at 4.0

I get it’s unfair but honestly low tier is the only enjoyable thing (personally)
Every new update I have my fingers crossed that they haven’t messed with the WW2 BRs and flooded them with much more modern rubbish.

People here saying things like “low tier is less toxic” “everyone has a favourite vehicle” “noobs will get more skill by being stomped”
And while i’m reading that i have in my mind lvl 100 (or close to 100) that used blatantly OP vehicles (KV-1B/E,Jumbo 75 or some others),fill it with bushes and then go flawless with over 10 kills. You get curious,look at their stats,and they have 8+ K/D on a select few vehicles (all OP) and then nothing else
So to all the people that says “Top Tier is bad!1!1!1” i’ll only say “Get Good” . If you can’t handle fighting people at your same skill level, then go play something else

Lately I mostly play M-51, but sure.
I prefer german M4A2 over KV-1B (146 place when it comes to the games played in my statcard).
Last time i checked in,the M-51 and the german Sherman were not blatantly OP vehicles that are impossible to kill

Only a small weakspot in the front that can be easily covered up by bushing and/or angling the armor,as long as you don’t show it and/or get flanked,you can’t be killed
Meanwhile the 75mm can still deal a quite at that BR

So it should be able to handle uptiers? Like be able to actually pen frontally tanks that it means at uptier? Maybe Tiger II H rings a bell?

Doesn’t need to. It curbstomps the 4.7-5.7 range and struggles in uptiers, it’s called “the circle of life”
People that have 8+ K/D on that tank don’t care about uptiers or the occasional 85mm
