Low Tier Clubbing

Do you mean to tell me in all that time you were never a seal that was clubbed?

I might have been, idk.

Never really cared to look.

If someone beats me, that’s my fault usually.

See you accepted the natural order of things without even realizing it, and in doing so you grew stronger.

I don’t get anything out of it. I have pretty much every tech tree at 8.0 minimum.

I’m not saying you should force yourself to do something you genuinely do not enjoy, just that you should not allow sympathy for the seal to prevent you from clubbing it.

If you don’t like playing low tier then don’t. If you do like playing low tier then don’t let the lament of seals stop you. Simple as.

But like, how is picking on new players fun? I don’t get that.

It appeals to the basic power fantasy kind of vibe. It’s not the kind of thing that is fun all the time, it does get old if you do it too much and then you go back to higher tiers or play a more challenging low tier vehicle.

Also its erroneous to think every low tier match is a guaranteed clubfest, especially during an event. For example with the recent Sniper event to get the Boxer I used my A.C.I a lot and I got at least as many matches that were average at best as I did clubbing sessions. When an event is on you run into other seal clubbers as much as you do the seals, and that can provide its own flavor of challenge.

One match in particular comes to mind. A hard fought affair on a single cap map. I was up against two other seal clubbers on the opposing team and it came down to the wire at the end. Afterwards one of the other clubbers messaged me to compliment my A.C.I and express his regrets for not getting one during it’s event.

The ratio between lvl 1 and lvl 100 players is the same in reserve tier and top tier.

Player level means little. It only shows how wide spread your research is. I was a German GF main with 0 air. I reached the Maus back when it was top tier with level 30.
I only spread to russian vehicles when I received the captured Panther. I was suddenly level 76 with just one 5.3 T34-85 from playing the TV.

So they could be like 3.7 across all nations and be level 80 or something.

Apart of that I do enjoy the slower gameplay of WW2. Came here from WoT for WW2 stuff and stayed for WW2 stuff.

Lower tier vehicles are more fun because they tend to have more unique or weird characteristics compared to as you go upwards and most things blend into the same sort of stuff.

Is there any other way to play T-35 for me?
Should I take it to 12.0, or start new account and buy it again?

irony: new players are not allowed to play toptier, 100l vl players are not allowed to play low tier.
;)

The seal clubbers are the source for those mistakes.
I think that fighting equally skilled players you learn slower, as you have less incentive to overcome challenges. There’s no need to improve if you won, and you don’t even know what you could do wrong, as there is less frequent feedback because you win some of the fights.
I’m always happy to see players that are better than me, or tryhard squads in battles, because I get a chance to improve further, but there aren’t that many appearing (for me).

Often I only get half way on the score board and I take some pretty stupid risks too hahaha.

It’s not as if you want to build up new crews without spending GE and then just go to 2.0, 2.7 to make a start there.

and besides that we all have to grind through that when starting a new tree

It’s pretty pitiful, the challenge has to be gradual. It’s no fun for them and you’re just killing them with your brain Off. More experience and better crews.
I’m sure a lot of potential good players will drop out.

Probably researching new nations

I wouldn’t call myself “good”, but the start was brutal. I stopped playing for months but eventually I gave it another go. A lot of raging lol

Yeah, probably people enjoying 1st and 2nd rank before grinding with 3rd+ ranks again.
