Inviable. As I said; the whole playerbase is already spread unevenly and inconsistently across 26 Battle Rating steps (which should be even more) .
Applying a whole new parameter filter like this would make finding matches inconsistent, unreliable, and difficult across the board.
Would rather wait 2 minutes for a match that’s actually quality than to get showed into some unfair cesspool in about 5 seconds.
Well, not many would be willing to wait 2 minutes; besides, 2 minutes may be a quite optimistic figure… depending on the time of the day, server, BR, mode, etc, we may be looking at 5-10 minutes.
And all for what… so one match you don’t get frustrated because some teammates weren’t pros?

Yes, so people don’t get frustrated that 90% of their team is consisting of 1DL premium warriors that make the matches last for 2 minutes before one team simply ceases to exist.
Match quality is in ruins at the moment and this is just one of many problems that are causing that.

And about newbies, just put a mandatory tutorial to pass related to the purchased vehicle. This may help
I always love how “1DL Premium Warriors” is the scapegoat… I remember someone made a post about them. I checked every single player in the screenshot. ALL of the one-death leavers were Level 100s with full lineups who simply chose to 1DL for whatever reason.
Sometimes it’s “the maps”, sometimes it’s “the teams”, sometimes it’s just rage-quitting…
1DLing is far from exclusive from “Premium Warriors”. Attributing all the evils of the game to “wallet warriors” is so blown of proportion.

Premium warriors are inherently susceptible to 1DL, so is natural to assume they make out a very large portion of those that 1DL.

Then how about doing what Gaijin’s doing, which is; address 1DL not by gatekeeping and not by increasing queue times to 10 minutes, but by providing more ways to spawn more?
Now, Premium vehicles come with 25 backups; and we have 5x free daily backups as well, plus countless ways to get them for free ingame. This is the way.

They aren’t doing much to fix the unbalance between teams though. You getting free backup in 5 games per day isn’t a solution, just a band aid fix.
Those people still lack the lineup depth that veteran players have.
My whole team went to the same cap point and still got wiped out by 3-4 enemy players.

Lineup depth is only ONE reason players exit a battle early, and IMO not the main reason.

To be fair, it is not unreasonable to say really low level players shouldn’t necessarily be jumping to more complicated mechanics with max level players.

I agree, I’m just saying its a fair issue to discuss a possible solution for, and that it is indeed a problem.
Yes ofc everyone should be able to play what they want and somtimes i play reserve or 3.3 with my newbie friends, my point was that when i play these ranks everyone on my team and on the other team is level 100 with like 50 000 ground kills except one dude and my friends.
I get why people play lower tiers but in my opinion in the lower ranks they should have skill based match making, or level based match making. New players including other friends that tried to get into the game quit cause it was too hard.
Plenty of things at top tier is easier to understand and use effectively…
Not everyone has the same experiences. I doubt someone who is below level 10 will understand the mechanics of top tier well.
He won’t understand the mechanics of low tier as well.
By looking at people’s performance metrics ?
Or just one simple thing, if there’s another huge sale gonna happen (which will happen)in new year, instead of only releasing russia and germany( at anniversary only us top tier was on the sale), release all 10 nations top premiums on sale so matchmaker wouldnt be filled with one side having 12 to 14 premiums while other side is running full lineups with cas.
