Let's Talk About The State Of US

He doesn’t, he actually shows up to quite a few other nations, weird its almost like he has more experience with other nations unlike you. I remember you crying about the 5 sec reload not being enough. Dont get me wrong the abrams have some problems but not to the extent you think they do. You are the most average single nation main i have ever seen and are a perfect example of the stereotype when talking about america mains.

INb4 he cries about his skill isuee with the abrams and the rest if the US TT and why they need f22 and more yapping nonsense.

Actually he said the five second reload lowered the win rate.

I recommend increasing the reload to 20s and that should do the inverse and massively increase win rates.

Thats sounds about right

Meh, that’s more like Mustang or Maverick, or whatever his name is.

Or Maverick5I50

Crazy how you call people “crying” just because they point out simple things that’s really missing in a nation.

I didn’t say any such thing, 5 sec reload is a good buff, but armor buff is alot better compared to what other nations got in the last update, Russia got a new tank and the first nation ever to get spall liners, Sweden got another powerful MBT, Germany got a new Leopard with unpenetrable hull.

I’m simply pointing out how US got a new tank with literally no value, more shit on the turret just for people to see you behind a hill hiding.

That’s who I meant, couldn’t remember the name, knew it started with an M.

Idk maybe its me but i like the abrams cause they are fast and have great mobility that makes them perfect hill peakers/flankers. Maybe you should change your play style or find a tank that fits your style.

How was Russia the first nation ever to get spall liners when the update released with multiple nations getting spall liners? With the most effective ones being on the Swedish and German Leopard and the Swedish CV90s… All NATO vehicles…

Does something being implemented on the first iteration of the dev server matter?

I’m doing that when the sale drops, when US get the SEP-V3 i’m going back to grind for it, maybe a new SPAA, but other than that nah.

It does i suspect if it didn’t blow up as the T90M in the dev server recieved it and no other tank i guess they wouldn’t have added it to other tanks.

They literally said it was coming to more tanks.

Your “guess” is a very objective fact to bring up in an argument.

Buddy people can guess + it ain’t an argument if we’re going off-topic here.

How are we going off-topic? We’re directly talking about the Abrams and its competitors.

Also US can recieve a competitive SPAA SLAMRAAM.

Nothing will fix US winrates.

US players make 6.7 US look weak.

i dont think the mods will like that you use red color in your text

should probably change it to orange or something because red is only to be used by forum mods/community managers, etc

A large reason I believe that the US win rates at top tier are so bad is because they have to rely on like two or three other nations being with them to have a chance at winning, and more often than not those countries aren’t with them, regardless whether a new player bought a Click Bait or if the T-80 BVM has a Russian Bias button or not.

Matchmaking being centered around the US, Germany and Russia (i.e. “Major Nations”) is a mechanic that dates back to when the first “Minor Nations” (i.e. any nation outside of these three) were just introduced, like Great Britain or Japan. Back then these tech trees only had two, maybe three lines to them for air OR ground, not even both.

These days, when a nation gets added it’s either a subtree added to a tree that kinda needed something as filler, or it’s a near fully flushed out brand new tech tree. Even now, with all these “Minor Nations” being almost fully developed with some naval exceptions, they’re still classified as a Minor Nation according to the matchmaker. Due to this, matchmaking mechanics still abide by the rule of “everything must revolve around the Major Nations.”

I am, and have been for a few years, a believer that this mechanic must at least change. Currently, so long as there is at least one major nation on each team, then nothing else really matters, each minor nation is “equal to each other” in the matchmaker’s eyes. I think just about everyone can agree that Sweden and Japan are NOT even close to similar, let alone equals.

I’m not saying that every game should be every country in the game against each other, but instead of having games such as the US, UK, Japan, France and Israel, having 90% US players and one player from each other nation, against Germany, Russia, China and Sweden, with a fairly evenly distributed spread between the nations(because this is a perfectly fine result in the eyes of the matchmaking), either increase the amount of “Major Nations” in the matchmaking, like Great Britain, China or Japan since these trees have at the very least a flushed out ground and mostly air trees (sorry Japan those top tier options are limited) or straight up remove the mechanic altogether, so teams like the US, Germany and Russia can go against Sweden, China, Japan, Israel and France without having any of the three current Major Nations on the opposing team.

By removing/changing the Major Nation matchmaking mechanic, games (on paper) would be easier to find, teams could be more balanced, exampl, if they wanted to could even make teams more balanced by adding mechanics such as: If team A has Germany, then team B will have Sweden, or something like that. Just throwing ideas out there.

Apologies for the wall of text but frankly this issue has been bugging me for a few years and the current state of the US has forced my hand to ranting here. The US win rate situation can’t be blamed on bad players, premium purchasers, Russian, Swedish or any country bias, but a culmination of several things that makes it a severely bad experience, and I believe that this would alleviate a lot of issues without having to directly buff or nerf vehicles.

Thanks for your time

Yea about that. Remember the A-6E?
You know how literally every nation gets some kind of LGB carriers at 10.3? Well so does US but for 70$. Or go to 12.0 to get lgbs in tech tree lol.
Speaking of aircraft. Feels like a little lack of variety post 9.0ish BR does it not. Where’s the early naval phantoms, historically accurate F-4E, F-4D, more skyhawks, etc etc.
I know every nation may have a problem like that but darn is it noticeable with US.
