As you mentioned the 9M35M2, specifically the 9M37M, the missile only works good at 5km from the target, the all-aspect lock, beyond this it’s useless, just use the cannon ballistic computer and shoot it from distance, with helicopters is even better specially the ones with small silhouette that’s impossible to lock on at longer distances even using the lock mechanic for silhouette instead for heat,
The 2S38 I think it’s a two bladed sword, only works well in hands of people who know that it can be easily one shooted, most of the time I see people just rushing praying for some nonexistent Russian Bias but just dying in their first encounter, it’s good where it is, soon we’ll probably seeing it moving up BR in some decompression maybe to 10.7 along with all other 10.0 Russian vehicles,
Su-25SM3 is perfect for a EOL vehicle, if you want to grind all the USSR Air Tree just to get another not special Su-25 it’s just worthless, the 40km AGM is a good prize for such poor top tier tree that USSR has,
96K6 is also, as EOL it’s ok but not OP, I’ve seen ItO-90M doing better than the Pantsir-S1 itself, same for Ka-52 with Su-25SM3, it’s a EOL vehicle, what do you want? Another shit vehicle? Just to grind through the entire tech tree to get a bad vehicle?
All I see you want to lower the capabilities of USSR tech tree and create more Meta in the Top Tier, as the German and Swedish top tier always against USSR isn’t enough.
