Do whatever you guys want, the ARL-44 (the good one) can easily knock anything either full uptier or full downtier. KV-1E will be the equivalent of an BT-5 armor plate is for an 12.7 mm M2HB.

The duality of War Thunder forums:

  • Heavy Tanks are useless because they face things that penetrate their Armour (Tiger IIP/H/Maus/IS-3 etc.) and should be downtiered

  • Heavy tanks with armour are extremely overpowered (KV-1B/E/220/Jumbo Pershing/279 etc) and need to be uptiered

the M4A4 (SA50) at 5.0 that it already sees, vs the 76 shermans that it would see in a max BR, its pretty fuckin OP considering the KV-1 (L-11) cant even pen it, despite being the same tank with slightly better amour

the M4A4 sa50 does the exact same thing, and already fights the KV-1E so that entire point is invalid
