Kings of Battle - Rumor Round-Up and Discussion (Part 2)

Something like that? (I’m an artist, i know)

With no link between coastal and blue, each one with their own reserve like now.

I doubt it. It would split the player base for naval, it’s already small as it is most woupd just go straight to cold war. Unless you are required to reach a certain rank in the ww2 side then sure i could see it work.

Thay is actually genius, this might be a stretch but maybe we will see something similar for air and ground soon as well, given that most new players will join for things like Mig29s and F16s it would only make sense to encourage them to buy not just a High tier jet but also a prop to give them their favourite ww2 aircraft as well, a win win

This is bluewater-only, but from watching how the progression of naval favours capability far over " era " I project the tree 's will go something like this:

Still doesnt necessarily mean Gen 4 Carriers are needed for all nations. As othes have said, we have a range of vessels in the “WW2 era” including those later. We could see “top tier” be 1970s carriers alongside 1980s cruisers

based upon a quick google, that carrier more often than not deployed Yak-38s, so looking more like Gen 3 carriers as well

Indeed the playerbase is a problem.

But new gamemode, new and interesting/fun could bring more people.

I’m gonna be honest, i have problem reading this xD
(3:27 am here, doesn’t help)

What is white/red ?

White is " at present ", red is " projected ". Tapering denotes an unclear truncation.

Indeed, I think that cutting down all the trees between post-ww2/early Cold War could be of interest to quite a few people.

But on the other hand, that means MUCH less grind, and therefore less money for Gaijin, so I can’t see that happening.

Im kinda expecting to see some Cruiser in there as well. with more advanced weapons

If gaijin adds the USS long beach i will genuinely give up my life and grind non stop for it

As long i have my Béarn for ~ww2

And my Clemenceau for post ww2, i’m happy, as long we don’t go too much modern

Funny to prononce it with a French accent and the usual mixup on how to prononce Beach and not the other word. xD

Edit, just saw it and that’s a nice square !

You have nice square, but we have big ball haha

CLG/CG ? Absolutely, but w/ the huge range of capabilities under that classification I’m not confident that bar would look much different from the DDG? one.

It 's unlikely to me that the " top " will end at a specific timeframe, in any vehicle-type TT. From the experiences of the other types, it seems more like the " end " will be when the progression upwards in capability is no longer possible re: vehicles gaijin is confident they can find sufficient information to attempt modelling.
Like how Helicopter toptier is now entering their absolute final state w/ the addition of Spike - I’m surprised we’re not talking abt that more !

It 's also the only one to have operated the Yak-141, before URSS Naval Aviation transitioned from Yak to Sukhoi as their manufacturer of choice. Worse than the Harrier Gr.7 at anti-ship strike, better in some respects in air combat.

Nice ball hope i can pair it with a big pole 🤣

Whats up with these nations and weird shapes 😆

Prehaps, but im still not sure that the need to add india to fill a Gen 4 Carrier role is all that pressing. Other nations will share that hole. Some wont have any carriers. Just can be filled with Destroyers and other vessels. I would even argue India would be a better hole filler for Russia as well right?
