On the suggestion thread they put the leopard 1 stats and turret info then posted that (the image and stats on the 40mm AAA gun) below it.
I wonder if the dev making it looked at the first set of stats, went “that will do” and implemented that without looking at the stats below it.

All the proper Leo stats are in the original suggestion on the old forum that got passed to devs. It really should be placed instead of ZSU-57 and given HE-VT since ZSU-57 doesn’t fix the spaa gap italy has since its a purely anti tank vehicle 95% of time.

Personally…i wouldnt mind if Gaijin did copy and paste for this vehicle. This one would stay were it is and then the other with proxy would be higher in BR. Personally i wouldnt mind that at all.
given WZ305 is at 8.0 HE-VT leo should be fine around 7.3 and just do anti air hungarian ZSU just cant in my opinion and somewhat fill the anti air gap finally.

ZSU-23-4 being added for italy kinda makes Sidam 25 obsolete cause its just a sad vehicle so Italy anti air situation is rather messy mostly due to gaijin adding ZSU-57 thats not really anti air and keeping sidam so high br for no reason.

dev blog says it will have gun pods and Sura rockets as shown on the Farnborough displays. I guess they just weren’t present and complete in the dev stream
Problem with this argument is that
MiG-29G did not use the R-27 (Doesn’t remove the capability) due to the lack of integration of Soviet-made radar with NATO standard IFF.
And no source states this, the documents on the MiG-29G are long since declassified and publicly available at the Bundesarchiv.
It is true that DASA and MiG founded the MiG Aircraft Production Support Company (MAPS), but the upgrades for the MiG-29G were IFF and GPS and wing drop tanks, not armament.

If even then, if the mig29g retains the ability to carry those missles, it should be foldered witz the other mig29, those 2 missle types at rank 8 shouldnt be enough to make us grind the whole ass same aircraft again

With the new sabot petal discarding mechanic, Gaijin might actually be close to modelling AHEAD properly.
