It can be deleted in 1 tap by literally anything at 9.7
not only the 9.7 but also the 10.7, put the Type90 to 10.7 will make Type90 has more full downtier, make them has more easy kill
honestly not sure how japan will look for top tier ground in terms of the Type 10s going forward. there are some buffs like reduced reload, more accurate acceleration and maybe a bit more consistent armor but other then not not sure what else.

There’s also the Type 96 WAPC and LAV with Type 1 LMATs. If Gaijin doesn’t mess up the missile I could see these being viable for top-tier.

Could somebody explain why Type 10 have less armour weight in turret in compare with the hull armor?
Or probably it is not currently weight of Type 10 armor?

If you look at the X-ray in-game you will see that the turret composite is more then half the size of hull composite plus hull use thicker plates,100mm backplate hull against 50mm backplate turret.
According to the information I have found, the armor weight of the Type10 is 3200 kg, not 4460 kg. Still, it is 570 kg heavier than the Type90.
I see. Just was surprised the fact that they have not decided to protect turret better that hull, especially the gun mantlet looks like the weak zone if in game it was modelled correct of course.

Turret composite armor, mantlet, hull composite armor, and additional armor for the lower hull all have the same protection

No, it’s not. It’s a “transport” weight, not actually removing the composite armor. Examples include the basket at the rear of the turret and the boxes on the sides. In reality, the weights in this table are everything.

That is a calculated figure at the time of prototyping.(1999~2000?)
As you can see from the Type 10 on a Type 73 trailer (40 ton weight limit), there is no change in appearance. I believe this indicates that the turret/hull composite armor has been removed.
