The flag still is seen by Forum Moderators, we don’t have a sort of force-field around us that protects us from scrutiny. Furthermore you can report it to a Community Manager if you feel what was said was offensive and need of a proper review.

No, you are talking about countries that are being hit with natural disasters that play War Thunder and scapegoat it as the reason why Gaijin should extend an event.

the chances once again are pretty low as the TOS everyone accpeted states gajin doesn’t have to do anything because of weather anywhere on earth because gajins TOS isn’t so unique every top 10 game on earth likely has the same Force Majeure so all of them agree that they are not willing to loss profit because of very bad weather or even weather that takes power out for 2 minutes
What you’ve quoted is more that if your government blocks the internet then they don’t need to refund you your premium.
Or if their servers get physically destroyed by weather or anything that they aren’t liable, or held to a timeframe to bring it all back up.

as it says power outages meaning that its not only servers if its server related that’s on gajin and its “reasonable control” gajin legal team is probably watching right now (of course not) if it doesn’t include natural disasters gajin will change it to include that we don’t want to upset the snail since in the terms it also says gajin can take your premuims… (crazy right)…
The wording in it is clear and your inability to access the service provided being something else other than in Gaijins control, has no effect on them.
The fact of this situation, is nothing to do with them or their services being unable to be provided as they are provided, it’s just these people can’t access them.
yes they cannot access the game due to a storm not on gajins part and its not the whole country meaning gajin doesn’t have to help at all
They have no responsibility to help, or accountability to give any leeway or anything in that same sense as it’s all nothing to do with them.
But in the event that their service is directly impacted by a situation, they aren’t liable or held to a timeline to fix said service because that’s where that clause comes into it.
I also don’t know why but everyone is so for it when it’s Japan but when other smaller countries power go out nobody cares nobody makes a topic they just say “oh well they couldn’t get the event” which is why the terms are useful not to create double standards like when a smaller issue like a regional power outage goes out (like snow hitting Texas) nobody ask questions about the TOS
gajin gives premuim time and event extensions for server issues because they are liable this time the servers for gajin stayed just fine but central japans power went out which gajin doesn’t pay for or maintenance there
think of this as spilling water on a computer and asking the computer company to give you a new one without having a warrenty this is the same but the difference is it couldnt be stopped and no one is liable
I dont think they will help. Gaijin only compensates losses caused on their end like servers and stuff. There are so many tragic events happening in world but gaijin (and other companies tbf) dont provide any compensations. We could discuss how right or wrong this is but thats just how things are unfortunately.
Also I think that f16 and game in general should be last thing you and others should worry about. Survival, fixing consequences of disaster and helping relatives should be top 3 priorities in such cases. Virtual fomo thingy is really not worth it.
