Your thread misses significant details.
1- While F2 is one of the best rating plane at 13.0-14.7 it’s also one of the slowest one on straight line with combat loadout, almost matches F-18’s in terms of straight line speed.
2-While having best radar at 13.0 it also one of the easiest radar that can be notched.
Compare to other AESA radars its notch gate it’d pretty high thus causing you to loose hard lock on enemies that knows how to notch you rather easily, coupling with Sparrows it can put you in very bad position.
3-At that br range you will face planes that has HMD and Fox-3/ R27ER’s that can put you in very disadvantage position.
F-2 is solid plane at 13.0 and doesnt need any major buffs or br reduction but claiming its perfectly fine is far from the truth.

F-2’s AESA radar is the best radar you can find at 13.0, aside from high notch gate ofc.
Which means any player that has access to those features can basically force you go to defensive and kill you rather easily.
F-2 ADTW relies heavily on enemy players who doesnt have enough braincell and positioning.
Still a really solid plane at 13.0 in my book.
If you compare to other 13.0’s it actually matters a lot.
Aside from Tornado F3 Late and AV8B plus its one of the slowest plane at 13.0 iirc, which means enemy jets can easily outrun you if they want to avoid you.
Like I said I don’t think F2 ADTW deserves any buffs nor br reduction despite its flaws because problem lies on current Br bracket. Its so compressed that most people cannot utilize F2’s strength because F-2 requires significantly more work compared to Fox-3/R27ER carriers at that br range.

I did mention on my post that the only real issues for the F-2 include the bipolar matchmaker, downtiers you stop, in uptiers you have to work a lot harder for kills since you face more ER and Fox-3 slingers
I completely forgot that thing exists.
Aside from ıts radar performance that thing is pretty subpar in my book, tho recent derby buffs might made it better.
