Not remotely undertiered. It’s a Cast Hull Sherman and slower than a King Tiger. It doesn’t have more penetration than most of the HEAT tanks at its BR either.
T95 is comparable to jagdtiger no matter how u look at it both have downsides and upsides that balance out and make them comparable. So yeah 7.0+
But you are ignoring the fact that lietrally anything with armor is assessed that way. Not to mention yeah why isn’t the t95 6.7 then? As u said front armor is not everything and ‘just flank bro’.

They may have changed it, but I distinctly remember dying multiple times to Jumbo Pershings (not super pershings) to the lower pixel edge of the LFP. A tank that should be nearly completely incapable of scratching the Jadgtiger without APCR frontally. It was literally the joint between the bottom of the hull and the LFP that got me killed.
Its gonna be useless at 7.0+. The maus is at 7.7, and if its put at 7.3, it will get bullied by HEAT-FS and the darts of 8.3. Completely unreasonable. Just look at how uplayable the maus is (unless in a downtier). Now imagine that, but you dont have a turret, you don’t have the 75mm, and you have weaker shells.
T95 has much worse mobility, along with 2 very large cupolas.
the same HEAT on the M51 is still effective up to 8.7, its HEAT is quite good

That + is for br decompression coz these behemoths need to go up where the belong. I’m just asking for 7.0 to make it fair, definitely not 6.7 coz if u gonna argue about it being 6.7 then the tortoise is definitely 6.3, imagine that lol. So to do justice with the americans and the british as well as the russians and the french, this thing should be 7.0 period.
Muzzle velocity is low so it’ll become obsolete with the maps opening up the highers you go. You’ll be forced to camp which is not optimal.
Exactly!! While the jagdtiger has no obvious weakspots apart from the mg port which you can even leave out altogether coz i can definitely count how many times i have penned tigers there on my one hand’s fingers.
The problem is more of a compression issue. Like if you move tortoise to 6.3, it’ll demolish 5.3 tanks. It will be basically immune to Soviet 85s and US 76s, along with KwK 40s and some Panther shots. And if Jagdtiger goes to 7.0, it will be basically impossible for it to survive as it will be bullied by HEAT
M431 isn’t found on the M36B2, it uses a different HEAT shell with lower pen and filler. The JPz 4-5 is the lowest BR tank with M431 at 6.3

Jagdtiger going up in br is fair imo, like there are only a few vehicles that have conventional rounds more than 250mm pen at 6.7 and low, making the jagdtiger immune to conventional stuff. Same can’t be said about the tortoise tho, everything can pen it, it has a cupola the size of my house and so many weakspots, it’s even slower on top of that with solid shot and less pen. Heatfs makes everyone suffer equally. And jagdtiger’s armor is very consistent, if you think a shell can’t pen you, it will not. If a shell can pen you it will. Same can’t be said about the tortoise and the t95. It’ll be a better version of tortoise at 7.0. if the tortoise is fair at 6.7 then it’ll be fair at 7.0 imo

I’ve been suggesting the Tortoise to drop to 6.3 for years. Just compare it to the 6.3 T28, almost identical.

I see T95 as 0.3br better. Jagdtiger does not belong at 7.0. Simple. It’s not good enough.

Almost like they both have pros/cons and the jagdtiger’s con is huge (the lengthy reload)
nobody is saying tortoise is better than jagdtiger, we’re saying jagdtiger doesnt belong at 7.0
