Yeah I remember a time where I faced F-14s and stuff. It was just horrifying. Tragically, I also played the F-4EJ at the same period.

Yellow score is pretty average. Don’t need to judge by stats.
Everyone plays the game. If we judge by stats, it would mean only the top duelers can make changes to the game.

lol top duelers rarely have good stats anyway because they dont play ARB very often, and theyre not the best at it because ARB is a whole different thing. so yeah stats arent useful to judge someone.
However, in this case its justified to mock their stats when they claim theyre so much better than everyone else even though theyre a walking/flying L in game.
im kinda a shitter i play for fun after work i find it enjoyable where it is the a5c should be 10.3 11.0 is a weird spot for it so is 10.7 but i feel like the mig 23 ml’s should go up if it does pl5bs are iffy do great sometimes other times just spin or expload and kill me for some fucking reason
guns hard to use but i play on controller and suck with anything besides hispanos and 50s highest kill game with it was 7 in an 10.0 game i feel like taking 2x pl7s and 2x pl5bs
pl5bs have went through 40 flares before i feel like it should get 5cs and go to 11.3 since it has a weird playstyle of diving to get on peoples asses and missling them
all in all i feel like its good where its at but will still be relatively good at 11.0

Yellow score means that the player is close to being useless in battle, just like as a third of the war thunder players that only know how to take off (sometimes) and shoot headons.
Someone with a rating like this on any plane shouldnt say if it is overtiered or undertiered

Game is very complex with so many variables most players seem hyperfixated on thier aircraft of choice than to look at the bigger picture of everything around it.

If you look at KD for past month on stat shark in the range of 9.7-11.7.
J7E 11.3 is top dog with 1.6KD( even changing range from 10.3-12.3 J7E is number 1) then to J7D 10.7 at 7th with 1.34 next highest premiums are T2 Early with 1.16 and J35XS at 1.08.
Being a premium gives access to more players and the stats show the average player is doing very well in it. I check the stats of most J7D players i encounter in random battles and on average it is the plane they do the best with.
Few examples
J7D has more A2A loadout options and A2G plus 140 more rnds of cannon ammo over the J7E.
I dont think the J7E needs to move and performs perfectly fine at 11.3 but the J7D should be 11.0. Similar kits J7E with the double delta holding energy better should be 0.3 above the J7D.
J7D would not suffer at 11.0!
I dont see many posts with outrage about dropping the J7E down in br for reasons people have listed above no radar missles or napalm etc

the reason j7d and J7E has high average KD/kb is because they have no napalm bombs.
and those who bomb can’t finish a base/carry any missiles
leads more players to play A2A.

Actual dogshit take , A2G armament got nothing to do with the jet performance in A2A combat. How desperate a person must be to use this , it is like saying EF/Rafael got good A2G armament meaning they have piss poor air performance. Who would have thought , when jet play in their main role they thrive ???

He was arguing about stats. So I provided a counter point of why j7d KDR may be inflated higher than it may look like, compared to other planes.
Mig 21bis lazur M has higher SL earning on average despite much lower KB, which means people bombed in them, lowering its KB.

So a) you agree J7D should move up based on its A2A ability to 11.0
Or b) give it napalms and give it the “bomber” treatment ala the Q5 series and move it up to 11.0 based on its bombing ability
