I wonder why the J15T can’t catapult …
Bug
The HMS will aways blow me away…idk where gaijin saw a J15T with that ЗШ7,it uses the same “Panda” as the J10C/20/35/11BG…it shouldve got its HMD…technical compatibilty is seletive for gaijin…
small indie game developer
The TK-12 is a complete copy of the Soviet-style flight helmet, so Gaijin doesn’t even need to change its model—just modify the color. They aren’t even willing to use the TK-14 for distinction. It just shows that Gaijin’s attitude toward new jets is utterly half-hearted.
Additionally, the “Panda” flight helmet, the TK-31, is similar to the TK-12/14. They all belong to the category of general flight helmets and can be equipped with an additional helmet-mounted sight. “Panda” are not the HMD helmets ; HMD helmets are a different model. I don’t know their specific designations.
There’s a lot of truth to what you’re saying. I don’t have all the top-tier planes, but out of the five I do have, the J-15T () is definitely the least fun to fly. I’ll paste my comment from the J-15 thread here:
PS:
My stats on the J-10C are a bit worse than on the new, underperforming J-15T, but that’s because it was my first 9th-tier fighter—it was my first experience with top-tier aircraft. Still, I think the J-10C is more fun to fly than the J-15T (very low 72CM > ridiculously ultra low 48CM), though it’s nothing special; in my opinion, the top-tier US fighters are better.
PS II:
Interesting that the F-5C received 60CM even though it didn’t have them at all in reality, but the J-15T, due to the lack of ECM in game, couldn’t give more CM… DOUBLE STANDARDS?..
How come neither the J-15T and the J-10C have SRC PD as an option for their radars? Both the J-11B and J-10A have that mode. I don’t like TWS and prefer to choose my target by pointing my nose at it instead of always getting the closest aircraft…
Thx u for ur sharing, we finally get the J15T cockpit view which proofs gaijins one not ture
And a HMS-liked things on J15T

too bad the LDRICM isnt on actual service J-15T´s, this is most likley just a show case of what could be
He can be equipped with it. So it isnt impossible for he be added to him when gaijin decides to add the EW
EW is something very different, while this requires a physical change to the plane which has not been seen
Double Standard
That’s not what that “double standard” means.
A double standard is when for two identical situations, different standards are used.
Weapons from a previous variant being added to a later variant is one situation.
A sensor system that has not be integrated into a variant is an entirely different situation.
Different situations.
The LDIRCM would be most applied to if, for example, F-15A got BOL pods despite not being integrated IRL.
They don’t have the ability to use them. It is not feasible, the basis of their addition was that in the brochure the SU-30MKM was stated as available for integration, so it wasn’t integrated but could be, just like they wrote SU-25s, which doesn’t actually imply all Su-25 can use it but rather they can be integrated. Same with Su-30MKI’s Brahmos situation.
Also that must mean Su-30SM is the precursor, which did come 5 years after the malaysia sale, so it wouldn’t have worked from a timeline sense unless we say MKI was KH38 capable as well which is quite frankly ridiculous.
The Su-30MKM we have in-game is from 2019 upgrades it received.
And it’s getting further upgrades IRL starting last year, though that version is obviously not in War Thunder, and probably won’t come unless there’s something drastically different.
Well nothing suggests it did ever receive the KH-38 integration, which from other files about KH-38 did suggest was needed for KH38.
