J10c doesn’t need pl15 to compete st 14.3, it needs ws10b. And also ef2k aesa, rafales and su30sm2 should be 14.7

True, overall they did the J-10 dirty with their flight performance. I’m not asking for like PL-15s, but there are other variants of the PL-12s that exist.

I sadly don’t have the chinese top tier grinded out yet, so i don’t know about their flight models but yeah if not the pl-15s, basically any new missiles would be great!

This is within 15-10 km when other missiles can actually catch up to hit. It’s not multipath; the missile simply just doesn’t have the energy. You can watch it follow the target behind and just fall off because the target is faster than the missile.

Maybe add a longer version of the missile. For example israel has derby (which same as pl15 lacks range but its better than aim120) and the I-Derby ER with 100km range (not ingame). China have something like that?
Yeah, that’s what I’m saying, like just a longer range variant of the missile. J-10C feels like the Spyder, where they could have added the I-Derby ER but didn’t.

I think the biggest issue with the J‑10C isn’t its PL‑12 missiles, but rather its drag characteristics, which are completely different from those of the Rafale and Typhoon — this fundamentally limits the J‑10C’s performance ceiling. If Gaijin doesn’t make changes, I believe the J‑10C should be placed at BR 14.0, alongside the F‑15C‑GE and the JAS‑39E, because it is obvious that these aircraft are not well suited to the current game environment and are essentially unable to compete with the Rafale and Typhoon.

C5s are literally worse 120Bs at all relevant distances, with C5s being better only at +30km ranges.
