The Su-30SM2 was likely always slated to come this update.
It’s not like that has stopped Gaijin before for other nations.

Like i said, a justification, otherwise as a russian main 30SM was just fine. Same how Su30MKM is just as fine for japan having a competitive toptier as of now.
Eh, they like to when they can. I remember fox3 release F-15C & 16 variants, or IRCCM meta release of su27s/J-11s, to F-15s/ gripens. Go back a little further back the whole mig29 and F-16 situation. But back then there is little diversity so it kinda make sense.
The fact that it wasn’t mentioned on any leaklist at all, or that it was (for the first few days) just a su30sm C&P with a darker tone red 79 camo, still makes me think that it was an attempt to shut up the gigantic backlash that came from the addition of the MKM.
They probably had some stuff ready, like the radar module for the Su-35, but that wasn’t planned afterall, and so they just decided to slap it on a 30SM.
The Su35 would have been 1000× less controversial, and it was even a more plausible addition than the SM2 tbh.

It was asked to community managers by multiple people, it had a large effect to the point people were making bug reports of R-77-1s not in service with Malaysian forces or kh38MT. Blah blah.

China received the F-16A MLU, which was better than the US F-16A(s) in apex predators
Japan received the F-15J which was better than the US F-15A in air superiority.
Japan received the F-15J(M) which was better than the F-15C MSIP II in seek and destroy.
Israel received the F-15I which was better than the F-15E for ARB in firebirds.
So yeah it really hasn’t stopped Gaijin before.

No, because they would have to give it to China as well.
I believe it was a well-calculated move… They thought exactly, “How can I give a broken vehicle to Russia, screwing over China as much as possible and preventing any possibility of that vehicle going to other countries?”
They couldn’t include the Su-35 because China also operates it, and they included the most powerful version of the SM-2 possible to prevent future additions like the MKI and the modernization of the MKI (phase 2) from surpassing it. This ensures the Su-30 will always be the strongest and most exclusive version of the game.

The US also received the F-16ADF, and the difference was minimal; the MLU has a slightly longer tail, but otherwise the planes had the same kit, engine, radar, and armament. It wasn’t long before the US received the F-16C.

Everyone was using aim120 and aam3, so it was the same situation as the previous f15.
This is where you made a big mistake.
Before the F-15E, there was the controversy surrounding the Israeli F-15C, which for four months lacked DL and TWS mode.
After that came the controversy of the F-15E/I, where they came with the same engine (i.e., the same performance), but the Israeli version had more CM ).However, during two patches, the Israeli CAS was neefed because the F-15I didn’t have AGMs or Spice bombs.
But that’s the absolute truth, the Gaijin hates China and will always do everything they can to harm China for the benefit of Russia.
China is not the only country experiencing this drama.
Gaijin is doing something very similar with Israel to favor the USA.
But China has a bigger problem: it should be treated as a main nation, but for some reason both Gaijin and the players can’t see China as a main nation. Everyone still insists that the main nations are Germany, the USA, and Russia.

hes prob refering to the FM since the JM has the F-15A FM that better than the F-15C FM not the missiles
I def think isreal has more room to complain here since unlike china they didnt get a 14.3 AESA Jet, But there list for those kinda aircraft is limited and i doubt they would add an AESA F-15E to isreal and not the US

I thought it couldn’t carry pl8bs but only next generation pl10s.
If so it’ll probably come with/after the addition of new missiles (pl10,pl15)
Only 2 have BOL, the Finnish and the Australian which is an F18A with a Fox3 which is much, much worse than the American C.
All the others are 120CM and have a status equal to or better than the US.
They still could have added it to China 6 months to a year later like mig-23s and mig-29s were added to Germany sometime after it came to Russia

Depends on what you classify as “wasn’t long”, because the F-16C released 9 months after the F-16A ADF.
Which is why I said “for ARB”, spice bombs and mavericks are hardly useful in ARB.
A combination of both actually.
