the issue is that it’s not built for 14.3, with the J-10A at 13.7 the FM is perfectly fine and it’s a fun aircraft to play, at 14.3 you almost always get outpaced by other aircraft and you practically never go above mach 1.25
There are multiple slower planes at the same br, in fact people had this same issue with the F-15GE being a 13.7 jet with just a new radar, and then look at the F18E at 14.3.
the hornets don’t count because they were pretty DoA since the start and pretty much everyone knows it, and yes the 14.3 hornets should be moved down to 14.0 (or the BRs need to be decompressed) as well. with the J-10C the supersonic drag is abysmal (unrealistic) and the engine is lackluster and somehow still guzzles fuel

The J-10C currently Has faster acceleration to 1800 kph than the F-15C GE and the SU30sm at the same br just because its not a Eurofighter or rafale dont mean its slow
please try to get up to that speed in a regular match without dying to a missile first, even with the spaded J-10C it is very hard to get up there

that would be the same issue for every plane in the same speed tier then like the F-15GE and Su30sm2
also would like to correct myself here, the J-10C drag is probably accurate but the Rafale (especially) + EFT are somehow absolute UFOs

This i can agree with the FM on those jets have been over tuned for a while
they’ll probably stay that way as well, the eurofighter is probably not as bad cause it seems to have the lowest drag out of those 3 irl from first glance anyways, but the Rafale does NOT look like it’s supposed to have less drag than both of these planes lol… not to mention the insane fuel efficiency of the rafale as well

yeah i doubt the devs intend to adjust them but i would like to see a revisit to the drag on a lot of jets as a whole, i would love an update thats just a rework to all the FMs in the game

The J-10c has only strengthened its ground capability, changed its radar and added two rounds of ammunition. I don’t think it’s worth it. It should be at 14.0 before the domestic engine and new missile are launched at 14.3.

not that it makes a difference really, that is not a 3g difference in pull and you know it
