just looking through the Wikipedia and Denmark/Norway got a lot of tanks (Leopard 2A7/2A8) or Arty and even SPAA like IRIS-T, VL MICA, SAMP/T NG and Skyranger 30. Now we just hope/wait Gaijin adds them

Idk, saw a few German guys in game claiming Sweden is better. They have a F16 and a better SPAA and 3 armored Leos. Was grinding my Oplot and thought it was funny seeing the Elde called better than the SLM.
We can ignore the massive CV90120 nerf that makes it worthless lol

well, sweden does currently indeed have two additional uparmored Leo 2s over germany. But thats it.
F-16 doesnt bring any capability that Hornet doesnt have, and SLM is obviously miles ahead of what sweden can field currently.

In regards to CAS, yourr choice with Germany was either Tornado with LGBs, F-4F with whoppin two 65Bs or KWS with two 65Ds and no pod. It wasnt until swiss hornet that germany got multirole with FnF munitions AND pod (and bar the finnish hornets and premium variants, its arguably the worst top tier hornet for CAS duties due to pod placement).
In regards to SPAA, Ito90M was just straight up better than FlakRakRad because they had the same missile but Ito had 8 of them ready to fire.
In regards to tanks, there was a brief period between release of “Fire and Ice” and “Air Superiority” updates that there was no point to german top tier ground bar uptiering PUMA. Ito was better FlakRakRad, Strv122 was better 2A5 and sweden had two of those, and they also got 2A6 through finland. Even the capability provided by PUMA could be supplemented by CV90s. On top of having a CV90120 providing unique capability as tank cannon armed light.
Back then I was still into top tier ground and during that period between “Fire and Ice” and “Air Superiority” I was geniunely mad that I grinded germany and not sweden.
So you can imagine the emotions im going through whenever someone starts talking about all the stuff Sweden can still get either through its own military or through subtrees thats just german stuff.
I geniunely hope none of the nordic states backtracks on their decision to accquire F-35s and doesnt go for Eurofighters instead and that none of them decides to get PuBos so that theres at least some pretense that Sweden isnt just Germany+.

I say sweden is best described as bipolar personality type, it can be either your worst nightmare or your best dreams. Take a look at their tanks and decide it for yourself. Also make sure to look at their ammo you pick…

Sweden is good at high tier, but the rest of the tree is pretty bad.
To my knowledge we plan to drop the F-35 eventually after the whole thing with the US and Grønland. Currently it would be bad to drop them for now but i know we have talks to keep using US jets for now and in the future look at some stuff.
Honestly EFT or Rafale are the likely candidates as the Gripen still uses US parts which makes it less appealing
I mean what did you expect after the hostile actions lol. That we’d just ignore their threats and keep buying stuff? Its not feasible to drop them right now but the plans to look at replacements are in discussion

Ground Tree is amazing! Besides AA at top tier, they pretty much have a great lineup at the most popular BRs (6.7, 9.7-12.7).
Helicopter tree is empty. AHS is a AH-64A and is pretty much going to be the final helicopter for Sweden for a while. By Smin’s account, they cannot really think of a helicopter that fits. None of the Scandi countries use Attack Helicopters (even the AHS and Mi-28 (their only helis past 9.7) are trialed!), nevermind the fact that the only heli between 11.7 and 9.7 is a premium Mi-28.
Zero Heavy tanks, most vehicles are fairly squishy until Mid-Late MBTs, early APDS is doggy doodoo and not every lineup is good or competitive.
They recently got good CAS in the form of the F-16AM and Mosquitos, but for the most part CAS isn’t great. It gets the SAAB-105G with super early bomb computers, but everything else is kinda mid.

China has meh MBTs, decent lights, decent CAS and bad AA. + great Helis
Italy has good MBT (no plural), good lights, decent CAS and good AA. + meh Heli

I can’t agree with your opinion. Israel’s CAS capabilities are quite strong in the game, and the Namer is also an excellent light tank. Additionally, the CAS capabilities of the UK and Germany are almost identical—both rely on the Hornet and Eurofighter, but the UK’s light tanks are relatively weak. As for Japan, I currently consider it to have the worst CAS capabilities, and its light tanks are also very poor.
This. They have some of the best armored mbts, and 3 of them. Arguably the best mbts since they are uparmored leos. I still prefer the leo2a7 over the strvs due to its better gun and gen 3 gunner thermals but thats personal preference. So to sum it up, 3 uparmored versions of the currently best performing mbts, but struggling with spaa, subpar helis and the gripen, which is a good cap plane but doesnt bring a large cas loadout (only gnss bombs can hold 4 per rack, tv guided agms replace 1 fox 3 for one agm so u can bring max 4 but then you need to rely on aim9ms. One of the best top tier light tanks which is extremely fun to snipe with due to it having the highest zoom of any tank in game on its commander sight (love putting rounds in t-series lower glacis or driver port precisely from 2 km out and the commander sight jump all over the place after each shot) and decent autocannon light tanks as support (though much lower br) that work vs close range cas.
In general: good ground lineup apart from aa in top tier but not that much to put the earned sp into. Most other brs are in general stacked, but lacking heavy tanks, in some brs lacking spaa and in general cas with not the most insane loadout (so that motto cuts through the whole tree) except for the saab105g as one of the lowest br planes with ccip. thing is a cas monster in ground rb
EDIT: oh forgot they got the norwegian f16 with two racks of 3 agm65ds now. well that would be the cas plane with best loadout then i guess so actually not that disadvantaged from us for example. still not in the top league of fixed wing cas nations like russia, france and the typhoon nations (if they have players which are very good with the brimstones)

Yeah, and they’re both decent. Nothing particularly amazing or unique. FnF Brimstones would make them great.
Type 89 FV is pretty decent, even in 12.7 because it is small, mobile with a decent cannon. Missiles are nothing great but you can use it on unaware enemies. The fact is uses APDS with decent penetration means it can frontally penetrate a couple MBTs (Abrams, Merk (?)) and the postpen is insanely good. RCV is a great scout vehicle with the Bushmaster 30mm which is okay. Type 16 is mobile and fairly survivable with a good round. Also, Japan CAS is decent. F-16A OCU with KGGBs and 6x Mavs, F-2 with LJDAMs, JAS39C for amazing multirole CAS, etc. I’ve played Japan top tier the most, so I know that they aren’t anything crazy but definitely aren’t bad.
