My current KDR in heavy tanks for this year is 3 - 4.5:1.

If T26E5 can’t see 7.7, that means it can’t see 7.3 cause 7.3 does not exist anymore, meaning T26E5, one of the most powerful 6.7 heavies in the game, will only ever see 7.0 & 6.7 matches & dominate.

you are talking about decompression but You do not want any vehicle to not meet anything it currently does meet. So you want BR´s to go to 16 but you want everything to stay where it currenmtly is beacuse everything is perfect according to your feelings.
That is not decompression. Decompressen needs to remove vehicles from a Matchmaking pool for certain BR´s. Decompression only works by moving vehicles around and removing the ability of an IS 3 to meet a Tiger II or by moving the KV 1E up so it faces stiffer resistance. But to do that you need to ensure that the stiffest of resitance is not what the KV1E faces all the time. So this also needs to move up and so on and so on.
Everything moves once one thing moves. 0.7 avoids that while achiving the exact same decompression. After that the vehicles only heald down by their worst matchups will naturally go up in BR as well because they finally can go up.

0.7 is doomed? Well then so is your extension as they do the same one just by increasing the max number of BR`s drastically while 0.7 increases the number of BRs slower.
For balance your we need 16.7BRs for mine we need around 13. Same result but in 10 years I will reach BR 18 and you will be in the low 30s.

Maybe, i think if it requires 1.0 up tiers to balance an aircraft, or tank or whatever. There is something fundamentally wrong. Because anything being up tiered by 1.0 stands no chance against said aircraft/tank

My idea of 13.3 decompression is likely wrong, it’s probably further than that but I can’t find all the compressed areas on my own.
13.3 took ~20 hours of analysis & typing BTW, and was likely full of incorrect placements, and I have a background in analytics.
7.3 went missing this BR decompression, only France retained a 7.3 lineup.
he’s bullshitting, KV-1E isn’t invincible, german and japanese cannon at 3.3 can kill it at flat angle, there’s also light tank that can flank it like Chaffee, puma, RAM, Crusader, then you got German TD like Dicker Max, StuG 3, Hetzer, regular TD like M-10, Semoventes, ARL-44, IKV-103, and any swedish tier 1.
Tiger 1 can be penned even by 3.3 sherman with well placed frontal shot to either front plate or cupola, T26E5 is still pennable by other tank that can aim cupola, or go long 88, at that BR it sees tank that uses APDS, HEAT-FS, recoiless rifle and other killing factor, it doesn’t help that it can be flanked, it has mobility issue and M-3 gun is still isn’t the best at that BR.
That, is german skill issue, anyone with steady aim in pz4 can front pen your front plate and cupola, you didn’t answer anything, you just giving example on why german player is bad.

No shit, stuff has to be balanced out like normal, and they have yet to extend battle ratings in a meaningful way, the latest change have certainly decompressed but they also compressed the end of the changes.
They changed to 1.0 due to that working at the time. Well now we have massive issues with decompression so 0.7 should be considered as it changes removes the power extremes from the equation (fulldowntier, fulluptier)
I also agree with extention of the system but that takes a lot of time to fully work out. This accomplishes a lot in not a lot of time, decompresses everytime greater than 13 ( earlier it worked out to 17 brs.
The battle rating didn’t go missing, the lineups may have and that wasn’t relavent during the conversation
I should’ve added that 12.7 decompression could very well occur this Winter as well.
Meaning no new things added, but F-16s to 12.3, F-15s 12.7, F-4E to 11.3, EJ Kai to 12.0, etc.

Depends on how ready Gaijin is for air & ground decompression to that speed.
Like whatever’s happens stuff needs to be moved further out , 0.7 was a version of that that don’t need much effort to implement and would act as decompression effective to 17.0. Gaijin won’t implement it because broken premiums and accounts sell like crazy
I’ve yet to see any mathematical proof that even 15.0 BR is possible with current equipment, and you think Tiger 1 & IS-2 are not similar, so… pardon me if I take what you think about balancing with a grain of salt.
Here is a table shadow made earlier, showing what would happen if we went to 0.7 (on left) and on the otherside is a representation of the same but with 1.0, note that this would require a lot rebalancing. This table shows proof that 0.7 is roughly 5 extra brs while keeping vehicle battle ratings the same and still being relatively quick to implement

And I trust Defyn for aircraft before I’d trust you for ground, just gonna be honest here.
However, if you don’t have enough vehicles for 17.0, things have to be moved closer together under a 0.7 system.
That’s why I said you have to mathematically prove 17.0 is possible for 0.7 to work without moving half of the vehicles around.
