All 13.3 have 6 fox 3, the only difference is how much ir missiles. Who of course you should know how to notch it if you even at this br. Unless of course you bought yourself to top tier with no skill

The only reason they’re 13.3 is because F-15C & friends, and Su-27SM & J-11B aren’t 14.0.

Well, the Russian one doesn’t have access to the PL-12, basically a Chinese top-tier missile… it has performance kind of like the AIM-120B… The Russian one has the R-77 basically; if you stay out of 12km that jet can never kill you.

If both of these go into a close-range fight, that AIM-120B will sure be much slower then the ER, but you don’t have to keep it locked… The R-27er, you’re going to have to keep it lock the entire time it an Fox 1. If both planes fire at each other the guy with the AIM-120B will win, because he can simply just launch and keep him self in the notching position and quickly notched the R-27ER, while you with the ER will get slapped by that AMRAAM, because if you notch, you will loose track of him unless your in the Su-30SM2…

both of these Fox-3s beat AIM-120s in such an engagement
R-27ER beats AIM-120B at range and can provide an insane amount of pressure to force the enemy defensive as it needs to be notched constantly, unlike an amraam
Why is the su27/j11 13.3?
Why is there a 13.3 br anyways. It’s setup for fox 3 slingers to farm fox 1 slingers. I think your issue can be felt on both sides. Imagine a mig 29 pilot facing the f16 ADF? Or the german hornet facing fox 3 slingers. I dont get the argument. Fuck them because they beat me but if get the advantage with a fox 3 also fuck them.

You will get the kill and yes, sure, it will definitely push alot of pressure, as you need to keep notching it. But if you want to keep that amount of pressure to the enemy, that means you would not be able to notch that Aim-120 coming for you, because if you did, you would lose track at the enemy.

If the battle is like 30, 40 50km away, it will work for sure, but it it like 10, 5 or closer that R-27ER by the time you want to relock it, it gone.
That will work in BVR but not that good in WVR.
