Number of matches is a valid metric, though can be unreliable at best. I’ll grant you that much. Most of the time though, players with more matches played typically have more experience and knowledge. Typically being the operative word.
You’re stating many of those reasons more times than is necessary. These metrics you’re trying to list are also entirely dependent upon the BR range of the vehicles as no shoe fits all sizes here.
By the way, I know you’re deflecting away from your false claim regarding Renzo since you know you’ve been called on it.
I’ve taken down 10.7/11.0 CAS with the Tracked Rapier before and killed plenty of 11.3/11.7 CAS in the Stormer HVM.
To a certain degree, 10.0 SPAA can be used up to a full BR above it quite comfortably and that goes for most BRs.
Likewise I can make a 10.0 CAS work against an 11.0 SPAA, again, its hard, but possible
The problem at top tier is that 11.7 CAS does not stand a chance against most 12.0 SPAA. Heck, most 12.7 dont really stand much of a chance, even 13.0s will find a tough time (not going to get into an argument about whether or not that is how it should be, personally, there is a difference between hard and impossible and its much closer to impossible)
So yes, it is a compression issue, but its a different kind of compression issue to that which we have at every other BR. Realistically, the 12.0 SPAA should be at 14.0, alongside the 13.0 CAS which should also be 14.0. (though even there, the 14.0 CAS would need some buffs here and there)
for this cases i like to spam brimstones as bait and climb up while going full speed and throw paveway 4’s to do the job or if i can the brimstones at the end of their trajectory
You know, if you can shoot down some brain-dead kamikaze planes with 9.0 AA in 12.0 match doesn’t means this AA is as capable as 12.0AA. Sturm tiger can be effective against any top tank, but it doesn’t means it must get higher BR.
Simply not true, CAS outranges AAs at top tier, has all the tools to outplay any AAs. As i said many times, all pilots have to do is simply stay out of AAs reach, or fly ground level… It’s just as simple.
Likewise, just because a 10.0 CAS can kill a braindead SPAA in a 12.0 game, doesnt mean the CAS should be 12.0.
The 12.0 SPAAs like the Pantsir and IRIS-T SLM are massively under BRed, there is no justification for there to be a 0.7 difference between the IRIS-T SLM and Otomatic or 0.3 Difference between the IRIS-T SLM and ADATS.
Heck. There is no justificaiton for the Spyder, IT0, IRIS-T SLE to be the same BR as the Pantsir or IRIS-T SLM at the moment.
Even going beyond SPAA, there is no justification for the Challenger 2 or Ariete to be the same BR as the Leopard 2A7. Top tier is just pure compression, You could easily spread 11.3-12.0 on the ground out over at least 1-2 full BRs. Easily.
Except that is jsut not true.
Only the KH-38MT and AASM outranges the IRIS-T SLM or Pantsir. Everyone else has to get well within range to use any of their weapons. Or they can fly extremely low and fast and carpet bomb the target hoping they dont get shot down in the process.
There is nothing a Tornado Gr1 is going to do against an IRIS-T SLM, it can barely do anything against a Pantsir.
There is no way for a 11.7 CAS to fight any of the 12.0 SPAA. None. Even the 12.3/12.7 CAS lack the tools to properly deal with the 12.0 SPAA.
Agree on most part.
Just that SU30/34 or Rafale doesnt outrange IRIS.
Take air spawn, and ping you are being fired right away when that enemy jet pops in IFF
Take airfield, stay even a second on radar ping zone and enjoy dodging irises…
KH38ML can abuse airfield and gps shooting but is that outranging , nope just way of indirect fire
