Incerase BR of new SPAA's from the Leviathan update

  1. CAS still outranges all AAs

  2. All plane/helicopter player has to do is: fly low (if you want get closer to ground battlefield) or launch missiles/guided bombs from safe distance.

  3. Maneuver and use countermeasures (again if you want to get closer but why get closer when you outrange AAs i don’t understand)

That’s it, not so hard i believe. If do so, only treat will be enemy planes, while ground units are defenceless (only hope AA to shoot down projectiles).

No, they should infact lower all spaas by one br

1- Only GPS guided bombs do, and those don’t track.
2- Helicopters that aren’t F&F just die.

Did you read top tier CAS projectiles effective ranges?? Can you tell me effective range of KH38, or GBU65?(Or whatever it’s called) Or even KH29?
And then tell me AA lock ranges

The lock on target range of IR AGMs is ~14km against a Leopard 2/Abrams from the rear.
The effective range of Pantsir against a static jet is 16km and 12km against a maneuvering jet with a skilled SPAA user.
The effective range of the new SPAA is 15 - 22km against maneuvering targets.

Kh-29 with the TV seeker has a lock range of ~7km against a Leopard 2 sized target.

CAS outranges AAs, here’s your evidence.

Numbers of base-bombing ranges is not evidence. Tanks are not static bases, they move.
Screenshots are evidence, which I provided.

Who cares that you can launch to the ground from 20+ KM when the tank can just move and avoid it because the tracking range is ~14km for MBTs from the rear for IR munitions, and ~7km for the Kh-29TD against a target the size of a Leopard 2.

CAS can destroy ground units from 2x more distance, that’s fact… And no AA can do anything (only shoot down projectiles) Now do whatever you want.

KH 29TD range 35km, it really suffers against AAs with max range of 16km

There’s nothing about that in card, so i have no idea where you get those numbers.

Yeeeah,… I can assure that IRIS-T outranges every CAS in this games maps.
So does claws.
Helos are just free food, especially IRIS. most maps you can see helo spawning on that radar screen and after that it is dead 85% times. Same goes on aim 9X on claws.

This is massively overestimating the effective range of both the Python 5 and Derby fired from the spyder.

Have you played Iris-t?? I don’t have much experience in it, but i have never got a single air kill at 15+ km… Even radar didn’t showed me anything 15+km. So how it outranges CAS i don’t understand + card characteristics and my personal experience.

SPAA being able to completely deny all CAS is extremely bad for balance, hence why you can’t be careless around CAS, even when there’s competent SPAA on your team.

Yeah, and it is a cheat code.
Only times when cas actually overperforms it, when there is multiple jets shooting shit on you on same time.
Until that point, it’s just braindead aa, that should be 12.7

It doesn’t. It makes IR guided AGMs extremely difficult.
GPS guided munitions are safest to use with extremely little threat from SPAA.

The other guy was complaining that he died to CAS, as if having SPAA means CAS should never get kills.

this is literally how people try to treat this spaa’s, they attempt to somehow not get targetted by them by getting too close for absolutely no reasons, its rare to see anyone actually going to a decently long range and actually trying to get a long range kill

Depends what aa you are facing…
Least against IRIS that close and personal is safest option if you dont have friends in air also…
And facing 16+16 best aa missiles is not fun…
