If you could, how would you re-balance CAS in Ground Battles?

Is it so? There is no mention of ground mode it only said ground vehicle ? if so Anyways it will be added eventually in ground battles too i have no doubt about that

I thought, it was only for air vehicles in all modes.

As frontline btr152 or airfield roland in air rb? Im afraid air players will be happy considering humans are much worse at aa than bots.
Sim gets better choice, sidams, za35, zsu23, crotale even. But also there are dusters and ostwinds iirc. And again I doubt you will be better than AI with pinpoint precision and 360 degree fov.
So I wouldnt mind. Just wondering how long will spaa player last being farmed by jdams, gbu39s, and other popular bot farming munitions.

Not if they are in the air. If I want to dogfight I would play air-arcade or air-rb

What we need is tank-only mode.
Player that like combined battles can still play grb. Those that dont can play TO.

Gaijin will never add tank only mode because their profits will decline and Air players will seethe because combined battles would be empty and they will be denied easy kills

Highly depends on how strong AAs would be.
Just remember how many people were complaining about strength of AAs in Nuclear Thunder.

Rolands were shooting down ordnance and planes from 10km away, while HAWKs and company were clubbing planes from much further than that as well.

Seeing what happened in NT, it’s incredibly easy to make ARB a hell for planes just like GRB can be hell for tanks. Days of care free furballing can disappear in a second, so it’s way better to accept TO should happen instead of ARB receiving GRB treatment.

Well I listed vehicles from standart air modes: sim and realistic. Forgot about nuclear thunder. But even if we give players spaa from nt and let them sit there, they will still be much worse at their job than bot abominations which were tracking and launching missiles at targets hiding behind terrain.

Air unrealistic furballing with markers might become better mode.

I dont mind, but arb should receive some treatment anyway to become somewhat interesting mode to play. Like air sim.

Gajin isn’t going to add three additional Ground Battle gamemodes cause it’s objectively a bad idea that keeps getting suggested by noobs who don’t wanna learn how to properly play the game.

It’s a lot deeper than that because the mechanical difficulty of killing a tank (human controlled) with a CAS is nearly identical to killing an AI target. The thrill coming from causing other player’s frustrations triggers a much higher dopamine release which indirectly feeds the ego by confirming they are much higher skilled than another human lol

Searching through terrain aside, players wouldn’t be that worse than bots due to the radar screen being a thing. You’d just need to keep clicking on the contacts you see and that’s about it.

Missile/radar performance is the key here, as you could probably see NT Roland was absolutely cracked unlike Roland found in GRB. Now imagine what could happen to some more modern AAs we already have in the game.

This guy has also suggested to remove artillery in ground battles stating that they are “spammable” as the reason lmao kinda ironic coming from a guy who support total Aircraft dominance in ground battles
As if Aircrafts don’t spam missiles on ground vehicle lol, logic left the chat…
