Yes AIM-120 is better at BVR due to the things we already discussed, I won’t repeat myself anymore on that. You’re free to think whatever you want though, I can’t change your mind.
Here you go, test it yourself and anyone on this post, half the people that talked in here has 0 idea about FOX-3 missiles (Im not necessarily referring to you Protogen).
The 77-1 has better speed, better acceleration, better engine, better maneuverability, it does have more drag and can be dodged at +30km but every single FOX-3 can be dodged even at 10km if you have the ability to use the brain.
Something something WAAA R-77 drag
Literally this
Good old StatShark chart with same launch parameters against an AFK target.
Can you do something more convincing next time ?
I just read all your messages in this post and I still need to see some kind of actual information and not just words from you. Show me a video or some conclusive evidence to back up the nonsense you are defending.
Inb4 this gets blocked
Want to hop on in to the game and test it on a custom?
No I don’t want to hop on in to the game at the moment.
Dude doesn’t even have the 27SM, let alone 30SM and he’s coping about it
Keep using StatShark to “prove” your point.
I don’t see how they are coping.
The R-77-1s theoretical BVR performance is better, but it will never be as good practically due to a worse BVR platform, and high drag when manoeuvring.
I really don’t think this is that deep, or that complex of a situation.
He hasn´t played the plane that has the R-77-1 yet he is saying it is bad?
I am offering you a first class source that the R-77-1 is better than the AIM-120
So your main piece of evidence here is a graph from SS.
Which makes me believe you’re either spreading misinformation on purpose or have absolutely no idea how the game and SS itself work.
We are talking about the missile it self here, not the plataform, but even then the R-77-1 is on par with the AIM-120
Again, want to hop in to a custom so i can show you the performance of the R-77-1 compared to an AIM-120? Otherwise makes me believe you’re either spreading misinformation on purpose or have absolutely no idea how the game and SS itself work.
Not talking about platforms when discussing BVR missile performance is deceitful, missiles aren’t spawning in the air on their own.
It is on par overall imo, but the 120 is better at BVR.
One is better WVR, the other is better BVR.
I’m actually telling you how these things work.
First error happened when you launched both with same launch parameters.
Second error is when you took the time to the target as a decisive value, which is only valid for a fully AFK target with the first error already mixed in.
