tbh the only issue i see with the toptier SPAAs is that they have they can shoot at almost their max range.
ItOs are able of firing missiles at 9km in all directions, that includes heights, and since they look like they have infinite speed (cuz they don’t get any disadvantage when shooting 90º into the sky even when their booster is limited enough to not generate enough thrust to sustain a 90º shot at something at 9000m), u must fly super high and wait for the enemy to take off or fly super low and PRAY terrain doesn’t turn into +50m for 0.2miliseconds and makes the VT1 hit u.
(i know ItO 90M can shoot VT1s at 16km, but 9km is still too much imo for an airfield SPAA).
thats why i say their range in air rb should be nerfed a lot, yesterday i got killed by one and i was nowhere near the airfield
Keep the AAA for top tier. It saved me several times when I tried to take off but a rafale or su30 was flying nearby. They do a great job of taking them down so I can take off and have a fair fight in the middle. If you guys are sweaty enough to spawncamp, you can just fly low and boom and zoom the airfield.

And airfield camping isn’t people chasing you while you run desperately for your ass to kill them because you can’t
it’s a problem when it’s at a br where aircraft can’t sense it (10.7) or when people can sit next to it for an entire game without consequence being effectively unkillable
airfield AA is perfectly fine to have so you get a safe spot to land
it however becomes an issue when it can just be abused by someone too cowardly to risk dying for more than 3-4 minutes
