Help needed: List of aircraft with Functional CCRP HUD

As part of an on-going effort to get CCRP the much needed TLC it deserves. Can people share on here which aircraft do/don’t have a functional CCRP interface when in Cockpit. (mostly interested in jets with a ballistic computer, that should have an interface but don’t, but I also want those that it does work for as well) I can only cover one nation, but I want to gather data for other nations.

Thanks in Advance

Thank you, but that is not what Im after. That covers which aircraft HAVE a ballistic computer, but for aircraft like the Phantom FGR.2, the HUD in the cockpit does not have a functional CCRP interface and therefore can not really be used, even though it has a ballistic computer.

Ohhhh
F-16s, Ayit and the Kurnass 2000 should have a functional HUD CCRP

Thank you

Most vehicles with CCRP have a working HUD CCRP, haven’t used any plane without one

I know the none of the F4s do, and I think Schindibee has said that none of the Skyhawks or F-105s have it either. So might be worth double checking the Ayit

Ayit uses a new HUD. I’ll check hold on

Okay so the Ayit, Kurnass 2000, F-16 and Kfir have working CCRP Hud.

Regular phantoms do too

Work or don’t work? and is that just timer, or also the base marking?

It works. Sa’ar has CCRP that works but it’s bugged.
It is a circular indicator that when it reaches 0 you can drop the bombs on the indicated target

Interesting, I assume Israel phantoms?

Because neither the timer nor base indicator works in SB in the british phantoms

though I dont know if the Phantoms have any kind of interface for target selection

Ah, then it thats just the timer for a manual target. So half works. Aircraft like the Tornado have some kind of indicator, in this case, a green cross, showing the target selection, such as a base. I dont know if the Phantoms had anything like that IRL, but Im going to make an assumption they did.

Considering how old the phantom is, I really doubt it

Buc S1/S2 do, and they are 1960s aircraft, so same age as the Phantom (actually a few years older than the phantoms). If it doesnt then best guess, its a fighter given bombs, and not a “bomber” like most of the others in the list that should but don’t, and so it was never given that function.

But considering the main part of this is to gather information for CCRP improvements, including target selection. Then that is if anything, even better.

Whn you put them in the “They work” list, does it mean there is a vertical line instead of a point marker ?

All jets with a ballistic computer have a vertical marker in third person. This is for when you are in cockpit.

What kind of interface it has varies from jet to jet, Buc has a small dot, Tornado a small cross and the jaguars have a vertical line.

Jets that “work” have some kind of cockpit interface that allows you to see your target selection within SB.

some things need to be cleared up

Not all CCRP-capable aircraft have a CCRP director. Not all aircraft with CCRP are made to be dropped in level flight, hence why this happens in some planes, also the fact that not all planes had the necessary HUD or avionics or collimator sight complex to allow for it. It’s not necessarily an oversight or broken, you would need to compare the in-game implementation to the IRL flight manual.
