It’s not like you couldn’t afford the repair.
It’s ARB. He killed 5 and went back to AF only to find that he was left alone.
Why didn’t he take off again and finish it out?
Maybe let big boy answer for himself?
Why would he takeoff? Whenever I find myself alone after repairing, I just J out. I can’t be reasonably expected to willingly fly into a 1v2+.

No. I killed 5 and then died because I was overwhelmed and ran out of missiles, being the only one left. Basically, I died as the last person alive and it still gave me the crew lock.

That doesn’t seem right since you only get 1 life in Realistic.
Even if the battle is ongoing there should be no crew-lock after you died since you can’t continue in the battle.
But… since you died you would need to repair your vehicle. As it looks red in screenshot is that a damaged plane?
He was playing Ground RB.
He quit the match while his MiG was still usable.
So he gets a crew lock on it.
I understand him being upset that his team was trash.
What I don’t understand is complaining about crew lock when you choose to do the thing you know will cause it.

Still though he quit the match with his plane still alive so that’s a crew lock and he knows that.

No??? I was playing air RB??? The entire point for the confusion is that I was the last one to die on my team in the air RB match and it still gave me the crew lock.
Always take your chances, a 1v3 is quite winnable for example.
Are you even reading what he is saying?
I have had the same issue:
My plane is destroyed, notice the kill feed clearly shows “Cloudzy shot down- player credited for kill”:
I return to the hanger and my crew is on cooldown:
The match ends and my crew is STILL on cooldown!:
Crew lock for leaving ends when the match dose, this one dose not.
If he legitimately died, as in shot down, then he wouldn’'t have been crewed lock.
This is just a thread attracting crew lock whiners.

That’s usually the case, but very rarely you can be given a crew lock for finishing a match to quickly. I’ve had it happen a couple times before too.
