There was also a major instance of it happening to EVERBODY not to long ago, that Gaijin acknowledged and fixed, or or are you going to accuse them of “just being crew lock whiners” too?

This thread is just a guy getting mad about crew lock followed by people trying to justify it when he’s just mad about crew lock.

If you died “normally” and still got crew locked then i guess there is some “bug”…so you could try submitting it…bugs cannot be handled in forum.
Although i don’t play AIR RB and the discussion above makes me wonder about the “normally”…the “being shot down” part.
TBH…even in arcade i got crew locked a few times even without quitting…but i usually think of it as a network/server issue…or game “bugging”…somewhere the game thinks i quitted and crew locks me…
Not sure if bug or something wrong with the network, but as it is rare i never submitted a report…

I have submitted a bug report (Community Bug Reporting System) , that’s why I has the screenshots handy. There is as I said an accepted bug report from a year ago still open and so many duplicates that I think reports on the issue is just being ignored at this point.
I only bought them up here due to people claiming the issue doesn’t exist and claiming that people having it are being dishonest about how they died.
I do suspect it is a sync issue, there have been a lot of them since the I believe “firebirds” update when the did the graphics update.
It’s very rare, but I don’t think that justifies us being called “Crew lock whiners” for pointing out that it dose happen.

That’s not impossible to do, I once won alone against 3 people by killing two one after another (the third one crashed).

Well…then you did the right thing…and even bring it up here added some info to me. Bugs happen…and reporting them “should” make them happen less…hopefully :).
“Crew lock whiners” is a very different thing in my book…and does NOT apply here IMHO.
I do tend to disagree with players that believe the game would be better if they could simply quit whenever they didn’t like something with no penalty. NOT the case here obviously.
