There was 4 players with very basic names like bob or jim
Well, maybe that’s why they said that they are games from when you start playing, so that you get used to the game. Because I play games with bots, the only thing I remember is when I started the tank game more than 8 or 9 years ago.
I think I broke my death time, 3 vehicles destroyed within about 40 secs. One whilst behind a building and another from 5 squares of the minimap away each one shot. How is that even possible. spawn drive for 5secs then splat.
Do experienced players have multiple accounts, I saw a level 7 player destroy 12 tanks and whats with two level 100 in one battle
They may be secondary accounts, or someone whose account was banned and another one was created.
by your own admission you … are new and do not know how to play the game… Get good/better at shooting and knowing where to shoot, as well as being aware of your surroundings.
Simply put you need a Lot more experience and need to learn from your mistakes.
You are starting a lot of your sentences with “i do not understand” and the like… Yes… You are new… gain experience so you can see what you were doing wrong, in hindsight.
my channel has game play and “maptacts” where i show you good places to go on maps. Might wanna give it a looksee
Th e problem is everyone says get better but there is no obvious learning curve or logical progression. If I hit the same tank as mine with a MK8 shell and it still moves and fires back at me with a mk4 and destroys me. From a distance you cant really improve your aim, just fire when the sight is green. How can I be hit perfectly from 5 squares away when the sight wouldnt even register a good or bad shot. Very frustrating game.
Long distance shooting is common in the game, there are people who get used to the sights of certain cannons and at first glance know where to shoot, also playing so many times on the map makes you know the distances, for example you know that if you are in certain point and an enemy appears in a certain area, that enemy is 1200 or 1400 meters away.
Regarding the arcade theme, I haven’t played in that mode for a long time, but just because you don’t get the green or red crosshairs because they’re too far away doesn’t mean you’re going to pierce the enemy.
Thanks for the reply. But why would I even show up on the map just spawned without firing a shot, The shooter wasn’t visible on my map until the replay
You do need to hang out with someone and really get into being aware.
Also Arcade fights against you, and your crew skills, you’ll want to check you’ve brought some of the vitality and keen vision up.
There are times when players can shoot at you from behind hills, mainly using binoculars. The trick I use is simple, from behind a hill I look at how far away an enemy is, I raise the line of the reticle to that distance I put the binoculars and point right where that enemy is, I press the shoot button and without releasing it I press the button to set the shooter’s sights, then the cannon will fire and hit right at the point where I had set the distance, hitting the enemy even though He doesn’t see me. This also depends on the speed of the bullet, the slower it is, the easier it is for the bullet to go over a hill without the tank being seen, although practically everyone can do it depending on the slope of the hill where you are.
the sooner you switch to RB the better, you can actually play the game and are not handicapped by being marked on the map.
people can shoot you from very far away, in any game mode… some are cheaters, and some are just good players, or lucky AF
if you havnt played RB ever before, i strongly suggest playing a few games in test drive to get sighted in, so you can get used to the gun/round and understand distances (instead of going to a real game and taking 5 to 20 shots to get sighted in, etc)
Whats with some players who when you first spawn and start a game they will drive into you, I had one player repeatedly follow me around trying to push me around
Sounds like you’re driving with maximum ammo load, don’t do that as it makes it more likely to get ammoracked (shot in the ammo)
That’s common in some areas… It’s also reportable if they push you into enemy fire, report via the server replay.
Do you have a special text on your tank?
Do you have flags like, China flag for example?
Do you swear in the chat, like calling your team idiots or useless?
Do you accidentally push your teammates which messed up their aim?
Based on my personal experience, although not at the receiving end of such treatment, I’ve seen trolls more likely targeting those with such attributes.
Players level is not a defining factor:
- nothing stops veterans from starting new account.
- lvl 100 learned nothing and plays like a moron (thats me)
- some idiot bought an account grinded by chinese bot and is lvl 100 from the get go
I reduced all my ammo to around 30 rounds, 15 high explosive 15 armor piercing. A few more if I have Heat
Go to the Wikipedia page of your tank, more often than not it holds the information how many shells to take to have the best survivability.
If it is a Cromwell you are loading with HE, just unload it. Gun is to small. Leave maybe 5 HE shells.
also:
Go to realistic battles, give yourself a 6 months and you will start learning the ropes.
Watch some youtubers, listen what they have to say, but keep in mind that they are very skilled and they cherry pick the battles for their videos.
Dont rush down the tech tree!
At first I thought if I get a better tank it would improve my chances. But thats not how it works. I have stayed at a low BR and Im not always 16th now.
Do people actually spend decent amounts of money on new tanks. I saw a youtube recently where the tank cost $1k
