The balance of AA guns has always been strange, after all, unlike tanks, they mainly face aerial threats, with limited data and unable to widen the gap. Perhaps their configurations are vastly different, but in terms of the average KD and win rate, which can be intuitively seen by gaijin, there is simply no difference.
In fact, I believe that AHEAD rounds should be provided to all Gepard-liked AAs, so that their air defense efficiency can basically be the same. Only this can be considered as the thing that truly affects the air defense efficiency of Chinese Gepard and other Gepard-liked AAs.

So you want them all 1.0 br higher?
Of course not. Since Chinese Gepard have obtained AHEAD but not up to 8.7, why do other Gepards need to? I just suggest that all Gepards should have the same AA efficiency, and as for how to change the br in the future, at least they will be same.
The chinese change without BR adjustment is erroneous.
Of course, but Gaijin doesn’t think so. So since the current situation is like this, it’s better for everyone to have AHEAD, which can at least improve everyone’s air defense efficiency.

ItPsV has a Leopard 2 hull and is much faster + armored
Its a leopard 1 chassis vs a leopard 2 chassis.
There is a lot difference srmor wise as well

I don’t understand why you have to be involved in any “China bias”, China has suffered enough in land battles. What’s more, AHEAD is not effective against fixed-wing fighters, they are just “helicopter killers”.

So I’ll tell you what’s wrong with you: PGZ09 is an excellent AA, but not “these things always happen in Russia and China”, what is it? Always have a better ground vehicle than anyone else? Every country has a leader in every grade, does this mean that every country has a “XX bias”?

I don’t want to say anything about the idea that you think PGZ09 is strong and should go to 9.0 (although I don’t agree with it), but it has nothing to do with some of the “interesting things” you claim and “some things that always happen”. If you are uninformed, you still think that China is some kind of OP faction, and it can be compared with Russia.
Thats over a 50% increase in HP/ton - its a higher HP/t then the M18 hellcat.
ItPsV is fine at 8.7.

Due to the political views of some War Thunder players (especially Americans), which consider nations like China and Russia the “enemy”. Naturally, by association, their self-victimization causes the claims of “Russian bias” to be extended to “Chinese bias” by the same people.
Some of these people are quite obviously expressing their inner political views. Especially important is the influence of confirmation bias and group reinforcement of such misguided beliefs.

the ItPsV 90 is insanely fucking fast, it has 1500HP and is mounted on a LEOPARD 2. It can (with skill) win entire games a minute into the match by vaporizing the enemies first push, and allowing your team free roam over half of the map

Simply speaking on an objective basis, I think the PGZ09 should be 8.7. Yes, AHEAD isnt perfect, but the advantage it gives to SPAA work is considerable.
