Now, I do remember a more recent instance of them saying that they tried making missile ship gameplay but couldn’t get it to work, and that they even tried scaling down the game (like what wows does). It might’ve been on one of the Russian streams. I’ll try to find it.
I mean they didn’t deny them just that they wouldn’t come at this moment or soon I’m 100% positive we will see full blown missile ships and their mechanics at some point in the future that’s just how gaijin does things all the time they say no or not sure now but later add them.
I honestly didn’t expect Suzutsuki to actually make an appearance. However, she’s not a premium ship that’s always available for purchase; she’s a Battle Pass reward. I was hoping she’d be a good option for beginners…but personally, I’m glad I got to see her.

Seems the U.S is looking into possible SK or Japan ship designs and overseas ship building
How do u destroy Iowa / Soyuz with 8.0 lineup? Tosa / Amagi / Mutsu
The magic ‘fuel’ belt eats all my shots from 46cm tier guns and shooting ppl is not viable cause he has like double the manpower count…
This is groundbreaking, even the tech tree rework is appealing, exactly there’s no need to separate the two!!
The history of this ship is pretty cool. Survived by steaming in reverse

Originally, the battleship Yamato’s barbette should have armor separating the ammunition magazine into upper and lower sections. However, this is not modeled in the game, and instead, a single hit detection area encompassing both levels of ammunition is used.
This results in two problems:
- There is no way to prevent a fire inside the barbette.
- The probability of the ammunition magazine exploding is determined only once, and if it explodes, the destructive force will include the gunpowder from both the top and bottom.
No.

Yeah.
In game Yamato main issue still remains that any main gun ammo damage if in turrets or below results in explosion and kills whole ship no matter if you have 900, 450 or like 45 shells left. (while even if it does not insta kill it the Yamato just sinks so fast and cant fix the hole at time and just sinks in matter of few seconds as well as when its hit by even air torpedos) insted of being tanky as irl.
Meanwhile soyuz with way more explosive ammo 1 gets lit no damage from ammo elevators being destroyed. 2 when the ammo is on fire it actually takes way more than 3 sec to explode and kill whole ship unlike yamato. 3 Even when the soyuz ammo explode it does pretty much nothing more than disable one turret and it just keeps on fighting untill you destroy sections or ammo rack all 3 tiny ammoracks. Not even talking about all the other stuff like the absurd armor impossible to make by soviets at the time, unrealistic reload speed for such layout, shell fillars should just be TNT etc etc.
It’s hilarious how fast it sinks due to shell holes lol or the stupid compartment destroyed

Guys please stay on topic anyone’s preferences is not up for debate and comments will be removed!
As to stay on topic, let’s get a sit-rap about Yamato.

So current biggest problems of Yamato are these, right?
-
Unlike US battleships with similar system, Yamato’s shell room is too simplified
so barbette’s shell room isn’t divided by each stair.
And it didn’t fill out from hull’s shell room but from barbette’s shell room. -
No.2 turret’s magazine is too high compared to blueprint.
So even halved the shells, magazine is still too exposed to waterline. -
There are only two hydroplanes instead of seven.
They just need to increase survivability one way or another it just dies way to fast
There’s actually 4 but two on the catapults.
Yamato and Musashi with ⅓rd primary ammunition. Does absolutely nothing for survivability. If the shell room goes you flood to death even if you react immediately to attempting to Damage Control.
Number 1 and 2 will make survivability little better I think
Same, First problem makes shells stored in relatively week barbette, and second problem makes No2 turret’s magazine near waterline even if carrying only 1/3rd primary ammunition.
No, I tested out with my full up Yamato. It’s only two.
I’m wondering any reports were made about these problems.
Is increasing the HP of their ammunition module a viable option.
Don’t think so as direct hit will still destroy it
I appreciate how in the hangar Nagato shows up as gray for the premium display. Almost like its a stupidly easy thing to do and its odd how they wont give us the option to do that normally. Cause, clearly the solid gray skin exists.
