I don’t think this makes a huge difference, but it appears that the blast settings for secondary gun and machine gun ammunition magazines have been changed from a direct copy-and-paste of the main gun magazine settings to the values used on the Iowa and Soyuz.
This is similar to the oversight where “fatalExplosion: false” was not set for the secondary gun and machine gun ammunition magazines, causing them to be treated the same as the charge magazines (where an explosion results in a sinking)—a bug that went unfixed for three months after implementation.
The Yamato class implementation is so poor that it doesn’t live up to its BR 8.7 rating; it makes you wonder if they’re doing it on purpose. It’s riddled with issues, such as the fact that the angles of some of the side armor are still incorrect, the number of compartments is unnaturally low given the ship’s size, and the ammunition magazines aren’t divided into smaller sections.
