General discussion: Should the R400 be a lower BR?

This is the R400. It is currently at a BR of 9.7, which i find a little too high.

What BR should the R400 be?

• 10.0 and higher
• It is alright at 9.7.
• 9.3
• 9.0
• 9.0 and lower

9.7 is pretty standard for a wheeled vehicle with thermals

thermals probably stops it from going down to 9.3, it’s fine where it is. The puma on the other hand could go down to 6.0 and still be rubbish

The hull of PUMA is quite resistant against APHE, there was a time object 279 is seeing it and the hull actually resist br482b in most angles, even if it pens the fuze for some reason did not trigger, like so annoying.
