Gaijin. Update Sim EC

,

Some people are too daft. I recognised your sarcasm and matched it.

Go ahead, be a sweat, leave me out of it. I just want to bomb until I’m top tier, then I go into Realistic and spade the jets I want. Or I just play enough matches to get bombs and spade in GRB.

It’s quite a fascinating thought process to come to sim with intent to play RB and tell people playing SB for sake of flying and having fun to leave their own game mode.

You misunderstand me. I’m bombing with a premium (11.0-12.0) to top tier (Rank VIII). Because 12.0+ are typically filled with sweats instead of other premium players bombing, so I just grind those planes out in Realistic.

You mean, 12+ has people actually playing the game as it was intended to, for sake of playing in simulator, rather than abuse the game mode for grinding.

I did not know playing the game as intended and actually having fun with your preferred game mode made you a sweat.

A bit of a difference between sweating and playing for fun. But hey, don’t be mad that Sim is dying because of the sweaty losers that scream out “Fox three going out” and other weird shite that no one actually says outside of Hollywood.

Sim isn’t dying because of sweats. It is dying but not because of sweats. And it’s mostly higher BR that is dying.

I picked that up

I do not remember when I saw a dogfight at top tier last time. Top tier is about exchanging with Fox-3.
Dogfight is fun for me as well, but I do it only im my missions. Bots can be adjusted to have fun with them or to practice against challenging opponent.

You’re right, it’s because you don’t earn absolute shite. You max out after one kill every fifteen minutes. They need to get rid of the capped amount, but they won’t because sweaty losers cried about people bombing, so of course Gaijin punished us.

🤣🤣 It’s dying because people get frustrated and leave. Including zombers with PVE mentality. Stop making excuses mate, no PVP player is intimidated by the PVE mentality 🤣🤣

If you want to bomb then bomb. But don’t get mad when you aren’t good at defending yourself

Though, “useful actions” is stupid. I call it useless actions

Yeah, that’s why if you look back, you see a million posts on people crying to nerf bombing rewards. Hell, go back a week, and you’ll see people crying about a guy bombing in his premium fighter, because “fighters shouldn’t bomb” and “I TK any fighter that has bombs”, so yeah. PVP players absolutely are intimidated by people wanting to bomb.

More like people who don’t play air sim for sake of joy of flying and the increased sense of purpose from objectives and just used it to abuse the economy.

My last few jet games (granted, early vietnam with mig-23s, f8es, f4s and their ilk) involved people descending into intimate dogfights down the various valleys and peaks of afghanistan. I rather notably died after tunnelvisioning on a kill and then getting chased like a womp rat through the valleys by his buddy and then got bullseyed by his guns. It made me enjoy jets even as a prop player - more Afghanistan, less maginot line at 11.0 please

We don’t want our game mode even more ruined, and we want to be able to join any lobby without it being a drollish affair of teamkillers and abusers in chat.

My favourite still remains that time I was told to go play ARB by a guy who literally only started playing sim to grind out the Kfir c10 because I dared play the objective in my demon or crusader. They were quite amusingly toxic in chat with personal insults and their ilk. I’d link the chatlog, but it’s against the rules to do so and they were delivered justice already anyhow for trying to rig games.

Nah. You’re wrong

Well for one, he said top tier. Last I checked, F4E, F8, and MiG 23 are not top tier, unless the last time you played was 2023.

Also, it’s not abusing the economy. Who cares about people bombing to top tier, maybe if Gainin wasn’t so terrible at having a decent grind, we wouldn’t supposedly abuse the economy. Blame Gaijin, because there is no reason for things to cost so much: both in RP and SL. The consequences of being terrible game developers is people going to find any way to undercut the terrible decisions made by them.

Also, chat banning people? Wow, how very mature. Seriously, they need to ban people who report mean words. I’d love to see that in game. “You’ve been banned for ONE (1) day for being a cry baby and reporting people for hurting your feelings”

Yeah, that’s why PVP players are constantly begging Gaijin to nerf bombing rewards.Totally not like they’re intimidated by people who are just trying to grind through a tree instead of getting miniscule rewards for having “skill” (spamming missiles).

Buddy, that’s not at all the reason. PVE players ruin the game economy by exploiting, botting, etc. It’s totally gone over your head, apparently. As well as when they cry because they can’t “grind the game in peace” and wish to change the game to fit them, and tell other’s “PVE only” in the game chat. And if you break it they will TK you, bring more friends to ruin the match and mass false report you for simply doing PVP as War Thunder is intended to be. There’s another game called Microsoft flight simulator that might be more your style.

War Thunder is a PVP game, you can bomb but you got to defend yourself and have fun with it. It is a PVP game, if you can’t stomach that fact then play something else.

Again, you’re wrong.

So by getting points, we’re exploiting the game? Dang, how dare we gain RP by doing what the game wants us to do: bomb bases. What’s next, using a SPAA is exploiting the game because they have missiles and can take down aircraft? Seriously, tell me what’s so exploitative over playing the game. I’d love to hear your justification for this one.

Aren’t you also demanding the game be catered to how you play, with demanding PVP and complaining about people bombing? Apparently that went over your head too. It’s not our fault that bombing bases and getting kills grants the same exact RP every 15 minutes. So yeah, it doesn’t really matter what happens in Sim, since either you get a kill and then you have to hide at base just for things to matter, or you bomb a base and then go back. Since no one actually plays Sim, it’s easier to just bomb a base and make money that way.

Blame Gainin for putting in such a terrible system. No, actually blame PVP players for that since they’re the ones that begged Gaijin to destroy the economy because how dare people bomb to grind. “It requires no skill” is the rallying cry behind it. At least PVE players just say, “just leave us be, there’s plenty of other modes to play if you want kills”, PVP players just demand everyone sweat as much as them to “prove” they can play the game.

Plus, bombing is just easier to grind through a tree. I did my spading, realised it wasn’t worth it, so now I just bomb. Six top tier nations, no real shame.

… what. My experience is quite the opposite.

People play sim and there’s plenty of fun fights to be had outside of some dead BRs due to repair cost (early jets :c)

Eh, I believe the only fun I really have in this game is Customs, especially when we put it in Sim and random people join us, then cuss us out for having “unplayable servers” or accusing us of having lag switches.

Gaijin also needs to do something about allowing randoms to join. I shouldn’t need to password protect because some weirdo wants to join my game.
