Flakpanzer 341

Doesn’t change the fact that it’s broken and needs to be reverted.

T34 can lolpen it even into hull

If a 341 can hit your pixel-sized weak spot from hundreds of meters away with an APHE shell that has degraded to just tens of millimeters of penetration, you died fairly.

How about fixing the armor holes instead?

As I said, that wasn’t the issue. An SPAA shouldn’t be able to frontally kill the heaviest tanks just because it got the first shot off. I wouldn’t have an issue with it if it was any other tank, for example a Panther or a Tiger, since they have the firepower to defeat other heavies most of the time. But this latest change is really frustrating because a lot of players are aware of this broken new shell and are rushing to abuse it, leading to unbalanced and unfair ground RB matches.

A 37mm APHE shell penetrating/overpressuring the front of a T34 or IS3 is fair? That’s extremely biased.

Of course, that would be wonderful. I would also want the volumetric mehanics to be fixed. But what we seem to receive instead is more broken vehicles/ammo.

Still skill issue, any of those heavies can one shot it through the hull. If you die to coelian or other spaa is just your fault. 341 isn’t fast, isn’t maneuvarble enough and has -3kph reverse gear yet still he kills you, it’s just your fault

But a german SPAA can kill me like other nations SPAA!

Sure, it’s always “skill issue” when it’s a broken/buggy mechanic or shell or vehicle that helps your favorite nation, but it’s an unacceptable and unfair thing whenever other nations get something like that. Make sure you don’t complain when US or Soviet tech tree gets a broken vehicle or shell that kills the balance and your fun in your favorite BR bracket.

Like Yak with 45mm APHE?

Explain how it’s “too good” at being a spaa?

Yeah but fixing the underlying issues that allow 37mm APHE to be this effective in the first place would fix the issue as a whole, not just postpone it till next such thing appears.

Problem is, that would take both time and effort on gaijins part so…

PercisionCap suggested adding increased SP cost for this belt, similiarly how CAS loadouts work now. That sounds like doable fix IMO.

If you try to extend this idea to all spaa, like gaijin will naturally want to do, the SIDAM 25 will end up not being able to take its 60 apds or it’ll cost as much as a regular tank to spawn. It’s not the only vehicle with this issue either.

Oh definetively, thats why I would want to see the underlying issues with armor holes etc. fixed as it would be a fix affecting ALL vehicles, not just coelian.

And would also fix all the issues with 35mm SAP just phasing through armor somehow.

So don’t. Or add an exception so that the short selfdefense belts are excluded.

Gaijin, famously known for implementing dynamic fixes that take into account all things affected.

It’s not like 15rpg of crappy APDS is gonna do much anyway.

You have zero other ways to defend yourself and those 15 trigger pulls can be 1-2 kills.

Bro never ever played the game for the last 10 years
