this is also a VERY dumb argument, I’ve had games where I get 12+ kills but my team is too braindead to put the work in and we still loose

Sorry, but you’re losing and your sugestion to protect spawn is abusable and non-realistic.
Give them more spawns, out of the map, further and further till they get the idea that you’ve lost.
people are say “you” a lot, I do NOT have this problem, I DO go to the enemy spawn with the rest of my team when the match is about to end, but that does NOT make it a good thing

you shouldn’t be able to spawn camp at all, and at the stage the game is in it’s encouraged, so to discourage players from spawn camping, instead of booting them, instead of making it so the enemy is invariable and you just die, you make it so their RP rewards are lessened or they loose a bit of SL.
Making a bad thing a bad thing is why laws exist, if they didn’t people would murder each other all the time

Great, lets make that out of the map, and further back each time you get spawn camped so you can see the eventuation from afar.

It’s always just a sign you are losing, choose the other spawn, or time your spawn so there’s a few of you spawning at once to really push out. That’s how you solve it.
Spawn killing isn’t a fault of players it’s a fault of map design.
Takes players to be unaware of a flank and spawncampers to keep dying to the spawn campers…
After all, no-one communicates it half the time.

spawn protection works to stop it, but what it doesn’t do is discourage it

We barely have a ping system beyond squad mates even then you can’t designate who is pinging.
It’s not to be discouraged, it’s on you to be smart and choose another spawn, or be ready to use the spawn protection to get some hits out.
The game has features to discourage it. It auto marks you if you’re too close, it marks you if you shoot in to it.
The only game mode which encourages spawn camping outright are conquest and I more than agree that that game mode should be removed.
Quick radio, and yes there is VOIP to squads.
It’s all there to be used, but it doesn’t actually need to be voip… Ping and radio work fine.
so what you’re saying is instead of Gaijin working out a way to fix an actual problem with their game the should just let it happen and hope the players can deal with it?
