That’s pretty brutal. If it’s an AP belt it’s pretty dumb to make it 1-in-4. What’s the point?
Either make it ALL APDS and keep it at 8.3 or remove the APDS and lower the BR (my vote)

Making it a mixed belt has actually turned out to be an advantage - mainly against aircraft which is kinda a big deal for an SPAA… But against ground targets it means you get the extra (unjustly so against solid shot but * shrugs in British *) benefits of having explosive rounds and the overpressure mechanic so it’s become more dangerous not less.
think “mixed AHPE-APDS-HE” belt.
