This is because of BR compression, and all of those planes as well as the max BR should be moved up.
Only if its missile kit becomes on par with the F-4E or F-4EJ at 11.3 and 11.0.

U have both aim-7f and pd radar. U can very much deal with early 4th gens .
Smallest premium player skill issue.
It is funny how many people are resignated in this game.
They buy a Premium High tier vehicule, and complains that they’re getting bullied.
Most of the time, they end-up going for Ground attack → making them even more easy targets
And then complains again,…
How about people try to actually LEARN how to PLAY,… (i know,… i know,… i always go for L2P argue but if it wasn’t true, there would be far less people asking for changes)

Could be worse. You could be flying the mirage f1c with its easily chaffed radar missiles.
It’s not about gameplay for some of them, but for the grind.
Grind goes with Gameplay… if you’re bored and make yourself easy prey, don’t complain ^^"
I can use subpar aircrafts and still manage to get 6kills most of the time without sweating.
Or be completely surrounded and still manage what should be impossible. (Like getting in 1vs3 and still manage to kill 2 of them before running out of fuel)
As simple as that, the game ain’t easy on those going for base, because they’re sitting ducks and easily predictable.

This is something no one want to hear.
Play the game, learn to play the game and grind is no thing. Sure it’s not easy and at the beginning you think this will take forever. But it’s the only way reaching toptier and be able to play it.
But as long as there are youtubers and squadrons telling grind is everything and what vehicle is best for grinding we can write our ass off here…
All these planes promoted for grinding are planes to me I would never fly nor buy because they don’t fit the gameplay you need for success/fun.
But it got IRCCM missile at 12.0 ? It FM is pretty decent as well ? Could be worse is you end up with something like an F4Junk. Not the Mirage F1C as a premium
On one hand, this is righteous payback for the suffering I had back when the F4S was the undisputed king of top tier. On the other hand, Phantoms in general are atrocious.
Your best bet is just to carry two napalm and get a base that way. You don’t need all 11,000 pounders, just two napalm, and the mixture of AIM 7s and 9s, plus the cannon. If you don’t feel like you can eliminate players, just go after bot targets like the howitzers and A4 AI planes.

Not everyone wants to play props. I use premium jets to bypass early jets (I loathe Vampires and their likes). I mean he should learn how to play them before skipping, but it is his decision. I’m just helping him out instead of “git gud bruv”

It’s 2025 and you still believe in team games? I don’t know what to tell you, but unless you are running a squad, this game is basically a 1v31, with how your team will try to eliminate you, steal all your kills, and then the enemy is also out there trying to end you. There’s no teamwork in this game unless you manage to get friends. Shocking, I know.
He wants to grind, I’ll tell him the easiest way. Bomb bases, take out ground targets.
I personally find SARHs easier to use than IR missiles. Just my preference perhaps.
It depends on the playstyle. I also prefer radar missiles since i like to go up to 5000m and BVR or shoot ppl on the ground where my missile is immune to multipath. But for new players who don’t know how to notch and those who prefer to stay in multipath zone i’d say infra red missiles are better.
Ir missiles are also easier to use for premium players as only 2 buttons are required. I have met a lot of f4s who don’t even know that theres a PD mode
