What happened here lol
Anyway from a quick scroll through I think plane is still overhyped but at same time too good
its certainly no hornet where you cant dodge the missile at operating ranges no matter. but it is absurd for it to be seeing a vampire FB5, ME163 or MB326 lol
In general max uptiers at all ratings aren’t easy but still I agree
Guess what, that’s called BR compression and it’s all over the place. Has nothing to do with a certain plane.
Has a lot to do with this specific jet having weapons that make it undertiered
you should be a president… i dont have the energy anymore to explain why the demon is such a huge issue as it is… thanks for doing this
I played j6 and sabre a bunch yesterday- no deaths from F3H fox 1.
I thought the sparrows were too good for 9.0 but its just players headbutting missiles
Its nothing like the sweatfest the mig25 creates. Give it a few weeks and the hype will die down
9.3 is a good compromise since it makes everything above 1km uninhabitable for the non us team
Welcome to Vietnem That was how the North fought
I mean idk if true or not but in wt it is too strong for 9.0 because of this
War Thunder is a game that focuses on realism I think it’s normal to adapt the gameplay to a specific plane
The F3H-2 never even saw combat irl. It’s not balanced for the game and that’s what matters.
It’s normal it was a stopgap measure due to the Korean War but how many aircraft in War Thunder have never seen combat? That doesn’t change their theoretical capabilities.
Point is you can’t say it’s realistic to wrap the entire br bracket around playing around this thing. It belongs at 9.3 because it will still be viable but it moves it farther away from jets that can do nothing to it but die basically
The fact is that air forces adapt to situations and play to their strengths, the example of Vietnam is the best one you’ve got it’s the same as asking a North Vietnamese MiG-21 to climb to 7,000 metres to engage an F-4.
This is a video game
It’s gotta be balanced, nothing else matters
But it’s balanced, you just need to play the right way against the plane.
It’s not, because it makes the non-US team only allowed to exist below 1km.
That’s exactly right, it is a game, yes, but with different planes. The problem here is that people want to play it the same way, regardless of the nation or the plane. I hope Gaijin creates more cases like this one.
It’s simply making one side better than the other. A pure imbalance that isn’t something to overcome.
