Bird kept mentioned Aim-7Cs on a video where evaded an Su-25’s R-60M and shot him down with an Aim-7D (as he flew in a straight line despite having RWR)
Bird seemed to be implying that the Su-25’s missile didn’t hit me because it was an Aim-7C and he fired too close. In reality, it missed because it locked on to my missile.
I really don’t know why he was talking about Aim-7Cs in relation to that video. The only correlation is that Aim-7Ds are near identical to 7Cs, but he didn’t seem to be talking about the missile that I launched.
