The NF-5A is a F-5E at 10.7 with no radar who uses the radar on the F-5E. The F-5A (JP) is mostly the same and the F-5A (CN) has a better Missile all at the Same BR of 10.7

I think it would be better for it to receive the AIM-9J rather than be moved down in BR. However, if it doesn’t get the AIM-9J, then it definitely should be lowered.

fair enough the CF-5a has a slightly better missile and should be a higher br than the others from it. However the missile isnt the primary reason for the F-5 tigers being to overpowered, they are a phenomenal STR fighter whose primary weapon is the gun, those missiles are realistically only there to deal with the very few planes of the BR that can outrun it (as none can outturn it)
Still think they should get 9G equals and move the hell away from the suffering planes of that BR bracket, most are doing horrendously because of the F-5 spam

He does not understand that the missiles on the f5 are not its reason for its br and fails to understand it is largely a gun platform which is why all of them are the same br because they pretty much preform the same in gunfighting
More unique variants are always cool for the game. Wish they did this but they probably don’t want to upset current owners of it

I understand that I end up getting most of my kills with the guns, because the AIM-9E is extremely unreliable at 10.7. But why should the U.S. F-5 and the Japanese F-5 be left with the AIM-9E while other F-5 variants at the same BR get significantly better missiles?

its not even comparable in performance to the F-5 in flight performance but is played in a similar way.

this was my comparison as they are played in the exact same way, just a BR apart. Im trying to get you to realise that the missile isnt the main concern but the tasteful mint you get at the end of a meal at a fancy restraunt. A nice little extra that really didnt do much at all
