Nuh uh. In which world would it be very op? Placing a Su-30 with R-77 at a BR 13.3 isn’t very op? In which world would the F-2A ADTW very op at 12.3? It got AIM-7M’s which hitting in a chance by 10% or 1 out of 400 missiles?

skill issue tbh, Aim-7M on my F/A-18A and on Phantom work perfectly fine and on Viggens too
The F-2 ADTW is a very functional sidegrade to other 13.0s, its kit of 4x sarhs + 4x AAM-3s is the same as the F-15J (and equivelent to other early F-15s), and they have been reliably considered pretty good 13.0s. Slower, but turns better and has a better radar is a fair trade off imo.
The Su-30MK2 being 13.3 is, deffinitly an insane kit for the BR, but as others have said, its just how compressed top tier is, it would be fairly subpar at 13.7, although honestly not that horendously so.

It would be very new to me that the F/A-18A uses AIM-7M’s
In which way? MiG-21 Bison sits at 12.3 and still too op for that BR, in which way would the ADTW too op?
While the premiums get aim-7Ps, the TT 12.3s get Aim-7Ms
The bison gets 2 short range irccm missiles and 2 medium range missiles. The F-2ADTW gets 4x medium range IRCCM missiles (the AAM-3 outranges the R-27T1!), and 4x medium range sarhs. While having more CMs, a much better radar, and one of the best FMs in the game.

Consider this;
12.0 is already cancer to play because of constant uptiers to 12.7 and 13.0.
You are suggesting that a jet that can already trounce on anything below its own br be put at a lower br than it already is.
This would legit be cancer to play against.

there is an f16 at 13.7 with only 6 amraams and no radar HMD
the SU30MK2 absolutely could be 13.7 and should have been added there
It, alongside the J-11A would be by far the worst 13.7 planes. Plus, I was mostly responding to the 14.0 comment there. The BRs are simply too compressed to balance those planes properly without them being too good, or terrible.

I would probably rather have the 30MK over any of the 13.7 f16s just because it gets a much better kit

I also just realized that the Su-30MK2 does get a better RWR than the J-11A, which would make it a lot better for air RB.
