Don't allow players with premium vehicles at any BR, where they don't have tech tree vehicles yet

Fuck no.

Buying t-55 single handedly made my experience through Soviet tree a lot more enjoyable compared to German ground from the serves. Same with Japan and A6M5KO premium grind to top compared to German air tree where I’m still stuck at 9.0 because it’s just not fun(and I’m bad)

Given the title of the thread, this is simply not an option for quite a while. If a new player shows up at 11.3, he has nothing but that one (cklick bait) tank. And obviously, that isn’t just his problem alone but one of his team as well. Keeping it as it is, is going to make everyone unhappy.
If you can respawn for 5000 SL, it isn’t going to make you play other tanks you don’t want to play or don’t have. If you are new, you might not even have 5000 SL readily. You are clueless in a tank that has no trained crew and no expert. You condition these players to become ODLs by tradition. I really don’t think it is a good idea.
(5000 SL for backup is fine for me, but it might miss the group we are after)

I agree. Those players only ruin matches, get the ones who actually play the game really nervous and are easy preys for average players

israel but for any premium tanks over like 6. something would be nice

One death leaving can be for many reasons. For this specific case - new players buying into top tier without any game knowladge - would not be solved, or even reduced. Even if you allow them 3 spawns, they will do nothing, because they lack skills to do anything. Allowing them 3 spawns (or even 2) would make it even worse, because then there is 2x more ticket loss from the same player, while they would not compensate for that (you would need 1 K/D, and these players can’t even do that in assault mode).

Because at lower tiers, it is easier to play, even when there are lvl100 players in the teams. The amount of new players in each team is much more balanced.

No. It is because these players literally ruin the matches of many people, constantly, throughout every day.
There is a reason why we have “levels” is sports too. That’s why a a rookie will not play against Mike Tyson for example.

That’s why i made just suggestions. That’s why i changed it to a newer model, where you need a single Rank 7/8 vehicle, to buy a premium at the same rank. So let’s say you grind a Leo 2A6, and then you can buy any other rank 7/8 premium.

And keep in mind, that they still give more SL. I presonally use BP and BP shop premiums, all of them are rank 2-3, yet they are decent SL makers, at least compared to TT tanks.

Rank 3-4 is too different from top tier. I see countless amounts of sealclubbers with negative K/D in most of their tanks over rank 3. That’s why i suggest the player having to grind at least 1 top tier vehicle.

Another suggestion:
Make an option in the settings, similar to the “join active battes” option.
When you turn this off, you will not be matched in games, with new players with higher tier premiums, than their highest TT vehicle.

One thing for sure, it will allow them to learn. Because if top tier is actually different from lower tiers, then they can’t learn it in lower tiers anyway. And you really only learn this by actually playing it a lot.

And it will speed up their research, because they would profit from the way RP are calculated. So they would get more RP and could improve their crews. I know it won’t help YOU in THIS match, but it will help the new player to see more of the game.

In itself it is true.
But, if you work your way up, and play at most BR ranges, you will have a smoother trasition, allowing you plenty of time to adapt to new strategies.

Getting a single kill every 20 games in a top tier permium is not really faster, if you can learn to play at lower BR faster, therefore you will get more RP, because you are more effective.

RP are not rewarded for just kills. It is score and time in particular vehicle that matters. Respawing in the same vehicle extends the time and might add score.

And don’t forget, they want to play modern stuff, not WW2. Motivation is a factor too.

Actually, maybe… maybe not. I have grinded all ground trees to T4 and some to T6 or even to the end of T8, and I am still doing poor.

What they perhaps should do, is craft beginner top tier packs. You get a crew which can support the tank on expert and get expert too. And perhaps 500 backups on the tank.

My point still stands about the learning curve.

Being bad/not getting better can be for many reasons. I never said that working your way up is always going to make you ate least good. But in practice, most of the time it does.
There are obviously exceptions. Someone can try as hard as possible to learn to play, and still fail, and someone with absolutely no prior game experience can start the agme at top tier being at least good. But these are the 2 ends of the spectrum.

That is not the issue. As i said, it would just make the problem worse, because these players would make your team lose more tickets by constantly dying. I have seen players with 100s of games with nothing by top tier premiums with bellow 0.25 K/D. They are not learning this way. (and these players were actual humans, bot bots.)
Again, going from low to high tier gives you a much smoother learning curve, with much more chance of getting good at some point.

It might make your problem worse, but not his. And it is him who fed the hamster last. And he is on the other team too. Where he would give you constant RP.

I can easily offer my own stats, which are not much better at top tier. And I have played whole trees and spaded (almost) everything on the way. You are not going to solve the problem that way.

And the resto of my 10 teammates too.

It does not matter. it ruins the game for everybody. it shortens the game by a lot, and even encourages others from the losing team to just not spawn, because the match is over in 5 minutes. So i will get even less RP, because there are less targets.

Your stats are still better than most of the players i talk about here.
Also, you are just a single,a nd rare counterexample, which proves/disproves nothing.

Actually, the facts are different:

How do you know that I am a counterexample? Maybe YOU are?

Can I prove that? Well, as far as KD in ground arcade goes, your stats say that you are a top player, both in K/D and in score. (I only wonder why your PvP rating is so lukewarm in comparison? That is odd.) You are certainly ranging within the top 1% of the arcade players. Only 413 players scored higher on average during the last month. While my placements would all suggest that I am an average player at tank arcade.

Because you went through tech trees and you are still average at best. I went through tech trees and i am better than you. I also paid nothing to Gaijin, all of my premiums are from BP.

Not sure where you got it from, but they can’t(not without penalty). They can research all Ranks before and +1. More than that results in penalty like with normal vehicles.
Taking M3A1 you mentioned as example:

It will only research Rank II with efficiency.

If one ignores all data, one can conclude anything…
But meaningful discussion ends.

Because it is based on SL gain if i understand it correctly. And the only premiums i have are rank 2 and 3. The only one i regualrly play is the Chinese M4, shich is rank 2. It’s SL income is not the best, but certainly higher than a TT tank.

Correct me if i am wrong.

What are you even talking about?

What do you mean meaningful? Arguing is pointless since it is obvious that gaijin won’t be blocking premium players from getting into high br matches like the title says.

If I or him is the exception.
