Giving the Super 530F some level of non-bugged chaff rejection is a much needed change and is probably fine to leave the F1’s where they are at at 12.0 even with said change, they really are bad planes once the magic 2s are spent.
That said, I think it really would benefit the aircraft and the game’s health to do a radical overhaul to the Mirage F1 (some or all variants, some real differentiation between the 3 that exist would be nice) and place it at 11.3.
Firstly I think the magic 2 should be replaced with the magic 1. Right now it’s another classic case of bad airframe and bad everything else paired with two insanely good missiles leading to heavily undertiered missiles and heavily overtiered plane once you get your two free kills and have run out of them.
The flight performance of the aircraft fits fine at 11.3, being worse than an F-4E, probably roughly equivalent to a JA37C when each is played to their strengths, while being demolished by dedicated dogfighters like F-5Es and J-7Es, heck it’s even significantly outclassed by things like Mig-21bis that aren’t that great.
In the same vein, my understanding is that whatever level of chaff rejection the Super 530F has, it would still be worse than a proper CW seeker, which are also present at 11.3 in the very potent Aim-7E2 on the aforementioned F-4E and JA37C.
The radar as well, once again compares quite nicely to the F-4E and JA37C, the MTI mode being better than the F-4Es plain pulse mode but worse than the JA37C’s pulse doppler radar.
An argument could be made for 11.7 depending on how strong the chaff rejection is made, because Super 530Fs are really nice kinetically, but the Mig-23 just mogs you in every way and you’d still have to be dealing with 12.7 4th gens.
Perhaps whichever variant has the all-you-can-eat countermeasure pods (don’t remember off the top of my head, if it’s all of them then remove it from one) could retain Magic 2s and stay at 12.0 and the ones with a normal amount of CMs could be the ones rebalanced and moved to 11.3 to give some nice gameplay options for players.
