Decrease T-80UK BR to 11.3 in ground RB

Reasons to decrease it:

  • it’s simply unplayable.

  • in 11.7 the best downtier I can get is 10.7 which is not BR that’s played mostly so it almost always leaves me with full uptier where it costs 100 SP to spawn.

  • It would be more balanced: Most 10.3 vehicles would have a good chance to destroy me, 10.7-11.3 are my equals and 11.7 vehicles are sometimes even stronger than T-80UK.

  • Uptier would be more balanced, I would not have to engage with full team of uptier vehicles 90% of the time.

  • Another argument of balanced gameplay if it was 11.3 is that T-80UK players would mostly engage with equally powerful enemies. Only our skill would decide who wins the fight.

  • I don’t think that T-80U and T-80UK are equally good as most of other 11.7 vehicles

So you want a T80U with 3BM46 and LWS to be the same BR as the T80U without thermals or the version with only 3BM42? No both the T-80UK and the T-80U are fine at 11.7 moving them to 11.3 would mean they need to move those T-80U models down in BR which isnt fair. Besides the T-80U’s are fine as is. Fast reload and good mobility make them fairly more competitive imo over the T90 or T72B3

I don’t see why they are at 11.7, and without 3bm60. Would probably be better if they got moved to 11.3 with no shell changes

If they get 3BM60 id rather they either stay 11.7 or go up in BR. I think its fair that they probably stay where they are unless gaijin also changes the 11.3 T-80U’s

LOL the “Swedish” one? You actually have other, better stuff there so it’s completely irrelevant. It’s already an exception for an addition and good enough filler too.

Only the um2 is at 11.3. Keep in mind that even if they were to be given 3bm60 rn they would still be way worse than the abrams at the same br. It’s also pathetic they gave a better version of the T80U as a premium, all at the same BR…

T-80UM2 has no thermals, regardless i was just making a point about the 11.3 T-80U’s, idc about said lineups, it is silly to just have vehicles with loads more equipment sit at the same BR is it not?

Also what other 11.3 is there on sweden? I literally dont remember, pretty sure the T80 U is it, is it not? Doesn’t really matter regardless.

The T-80U cannot physically use 3BM60, 3BM46 is the best round it can receive (of rounds in game, anyway)

Regardless, the T-80U (and by extension the UK) is fine at 11.7.

Idk they seem to disagree with me on them being decent. Also i didn’t know the 2A46m-1 couldnt use 3BM60 interesting

They’re still better than Challengers and Arietes, which is something I guess.
Although something like AIM is definitely better with 2A4M being on par.

3BM60 would make it 12.0.
T-80U has the best armor of the T-80s.
The only reason it’s 11.7 and not 12.0 is cause of 3BM46.

AFAIK, early production T-80Us cannot fire it due to using the 2A46M-1 (which is just 2A46M modified for a T-80), but later production T-80Us with 2A46M-4 can use it.

The T-80U we have modeled in game uses the 2A46M-1, but for example the T-80UE-1 has the 2A46M-4 and can use 3BM60.

The thing is that there ar no 11.3 MBT, but the event one. Also I use Ka-50 and it would be nice if I could have a good lineup with it, but I can’t.

I don’t have it, but I have the T-80U from sweden; and it’s very close to positive

They are the same? it is not good at all. My stock 2A7 was feasting on them with DM33 which is a stock apfsds rounds, imagine what will happen to them after I get the DM53?

You cannot be serious, T 80 U is one of Warthunder’s most powerful MBTs.
