Pantsir is fine where it is, other SAMs should be made better or lowered in BR instead of trying to make the pantsir worse.

There is always a pansir up lmao. I have more chance of winning a lottery than fighting a Russia team with no pansir spanwed
If you use MAV that u would know that it’s not a one-hit-kill missile at all. Pre-buff was almost trash. after buff it’s better but still worse than the one on Su-25SM3. MAV is much slower, giving the target a lot of time to move behind cover or pansir plenty of time to intercept. It also has lower explosive mass so it does not guarantee one-hit-kill on Medium tanks. The Pansir need to have serious skill issue to be unable to intercept MAV.

Strela killing TOP TIER jets and its missiles are unflarable.
Because ‘capable AA’ for other nations means the F-22 or 4++ generation aircraft with Fox-3 missiles (let me remind you that the Russian Air Force only got Fox-3 in the 2010s). Somehow, I don’t see the F-22 (or at least the F-15) in fighter configuration with a spawn cost of 90 points in the game.
The Pantsir is a lot better than other SPAAs but it’s a lot worse than CAS. Especially CAS with targeting pod. All you have to do is guide a bomb while flying perpendicular to the AO.
So its only “OP” in comparison to other SPAA, but its still pretty weak against any CAS user who isn’t sleeping while playing
And yet I still see Pantsir dying to Air threat. Weird how when a Pantsir is strong its bias, needs uptier, broken, insert some BS reason here
But when similar good platforms appear in other nations its realistic and according to insert some BS reason here
Also let me remind you that R-77 entered service in the mid 90s. Later than 120s but R-27 didnt do bad at all against the AIM-7 anyway.

If Gaijin didnt add the butchered Pantsir into the game which none needed since theres much more suitable platforms out there we wouldnt have this problem. Imo much better option wouldve been to add some more modern missiles to Strela (I dont mean more broken than the ones we have now) Osa system wouldve been nice and MUCH more suitable for example.

Yea and I want Gaijin to do something about it. They should have added the Tor for russian AA and not Pansir so we can all suffer together, not letting russia have the best AA and leave other nation to suffer. When it come to russian tree it seems like gaijin doesnt wanna balance it at all because always take so much longer to balance stuff. Remeber the strela sitting at 9.3 for like 3-4 months? It got unflarable and nearly impossible to dodge missiles at a br where most jets doesnt even have flares so it’s just a ~6km iron dome that plane will not survive if they get within range. And they then were gona move it up to 9.7 because that’s definately balanced. After some feedback from community, they moved it to 10.0 and eventually 10.3

The R-77 missile’s seeker was produced in Ukraine, which is why the original R-77 was never procured for the Russian Air Force.
The SA-8 has a range of 9 km and can engage only one target—sounds great, let’s replace the Pantsir with that.
Osa from the 60s-70s the first one has 9km range. What is the point of adding that? Add the AKM with 15km range

Agree, Pantsir as it currently is, is nowhere close to the actual one and even so is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and not necessary in no way shape or form. But I guess the chances of them removing it are close to none so only hope is they add something similar to other nations. The question is whaT?
The seeker of the original R-77 (izdelie 170) was produced in Kyiv at the Artem plant.
Still doesnt change the fact that it is a Russian missile that entered production in mid 90s. The data between Artem and Vympel were shared to the letter so saying that RU didnt have them until 2010s is silly
need to add s-300 for Russia
pansir is not the strongest zinika in the world, there are also systems s-300 s400 s500 which need to be added for Russia. firing range 200-500 km

Izdelie 170 was never produced in Russia. In the mid to late 90s, the RVV-AE, the export version of the missile, was produced. However, the Russian Air Force didn’t have aircraft capable of using it.
Why does Russia produce missiles that they will not use, you are talking nonsense, even if they were not used, they were tested and used on some fighters
