Sure, but besides the point really. It’ll be 9.7 and accomplish nothing in trying to bridge the 9.7-11.7, even though @Smin1080p_WT was saying otherwise less than 24 hours ago. It goes to show that the devs seem to have no plans trying to fix their own mess anytime soon.

All BRs on the dev server are always subject to change. As this vehicle does not have IRST, its BR will be reduced.
Other vehicles are still planned to fill this BR in the future.

Such as and (more importantly) when? Here you were talking about how the CV9035NL was the first step in bridging the gap less than 24 hours ago, and now this isn’t happening? Was this all part of the plan?
The devs have a terrible track record. Look at the Vextra 105. What gap were the devs trying to fill there when they initially added it at 8.7? And when it turned out it could easily go to 10.0, even 10.3 - the devs decided against it? Would that have not been a good first step?
Oh, and when do the devs “plan” to give France a DF-105 equivalent as promised? We’re coming up on 3 years now…

Yes please. And the best thing is that there are so many choices. And most of them have armaments for ASW but also conventional bombs , rockets etc

Yes, as I said above, its IRST was removed. So it will be lowered in BR to 9.7.
As a vehicle entirely without a line-up by itself as a light tank, that would not be a great idea. If the CV90 was going to remain at 10.0, then it may have come under reconsideration.
Again, we have plans in future major updates to expand on these BRs. As you would know, we don’t announce what’s coming in those updates ahead of time. Particularly when the current major update hasnt even released yet.

Does gaijin plan to add a rank 3 light tank to germany in the future? There is a giant gab between the puma at 3.7 and m41 now at 6.7. Would be nice if this could be closed

yes a east german pt-76b would be possible and easy to do, but still nothing after 2.5 years I created a topic on the old and new forum
Is there a way I can make it more clear for the need of a light tank? I got support on the topics but if developers dont see it I dont know what to do.

So was this all part of some ill-conceived plan? Which brings me back to my question: do the devs actually have any plans to fix the gap they created and can we expect to see it resolved next update. Or are the devs going to continue leave France hanging out to dry and won’t address issues for another 10 years.
And when can we expect France to receive the promised DF-105 equivalent? It’s been almost 3 years now?

As it cannot receive IRST, it cannot stay there.
As I have answered you twice before, yes, we have vehicles planned for this gap. As I also mentioned, I cannot at this stage confirm when they will be as we have not even released the current major update.

Hopefully the recent split of aircraft BRs between modes can also mean we’ll see Naval move above 7.0.

Yes, and are these plans are going to take 3+ years to come to fruition just like the “planned” DF-105 equivalent? Based on the devs’ current track record, do you project a resolution in 5, maybe 10 years? The way the devs have handled French ground is a travesty which many are tired of - you can’t be surprised that people are becoming impatient.
